We had a missed call from this company on Friday morning. When I called back in the afternoon I was greeted by a very nice man on the phone, we chatted for a few minutes & he informed me the lady that had called had now left for the day, but he will ask her to call me again on Monday.
When i spoke to her on Monday she said the man i spoke with was called Ross, and to my amazement he was the owner of the company.
He lets the workforce leave early on a Friday and he stays back to man the phones!
We have yet to sign a contract with this company (so i cant give 5* yet) but fully expect to in the very near future.

Izzy Fletcher was so helpful, I knew our contracts were due for renewal but just hadn't had the time to look at it. She took all the pressure off, got several quotes and re-negotiated on our behalf. Thank you for making it so easy and saving us money in the process! Couldn't ask for more!

The way they conduct themselves with transparency and customer service is a far cry from our previous broker.

I am always very sceptical when accepting cold calls, especially regarding Utilities... However, The Electric Board were knowledgable, professional and honest throughout the entire process. They took care of our gas, electric and water contracts with the supplier of my choice. Great prices, great service and overall great experience. Highly recommend!

In the past I’ve often felt as though brokers try to bombard you with jargon, which leaves you confused so that you need their help to renew contracts. The guys at Electric Board made sure I understood all of the quotes provided helping me to make an educated decision. Will definitely be renewing future contracts and recommending to other businesses!!!

Aaron Ryder made the switching of our utility accounts so easy! I have been stung in the past with brokers and consultants hounding me on the phone so i tend not to answer to them. I am glad i took this call from Aaron! He gave me the knowledge i needed to know to make an inform decision, he was not pushy and took his time with me. I will continue using the services of The Electric Board not only for my utility accounts but will be recommending them to other businesses.
