I have found the service provided by Jessica for our past two renewals to be excellent, and for both price and the professional service we will look first to the Electric Board for our future renewals.

The information was very informative and the help with switching was painfree and honest. I would definitely use these again. Not only that they saved us money!!!

It turns out the salesman gave the wrong information which meant they chased us for money. After providing evidence of the conversation that was taken it got dropped by them.

I would now steer clear.

They have saved our Charity the sum of just under £800 per year and got The Bridge Association a refund based on what vat rate we should have been paying. Gordon Bain made the whole process very easy from start to finish. The process is a few phone calls and a couple of emails. Gordon then did all the hard work for us. We would highly recommend them to others as every penny counts.

Aaron Ryder has been amazingly helpful, finding us the best deals for gas and electricity supplies, in an efficient and highly professional way. When I found I'd made a silly mistake in agreeing to a deal that really didn't suit us, Aaron sorted it out immediately. Top bloke!
