Izzy, has been brilliant with an exceptionally awful energy company, she hasn't given up. We are finally getting to the end of our complaint and will be leaving the supplier very soon. None of this would have been possible without Izzy's determination to get us a fair deal and exceptional knowledge of the industry. We cant thank you enough.

Aaron Ryder - the Electric Board account manager - was excellent. He badgered me a bit at first because he knew as an ex-Utlitywise customer it was likely that our company had been signed up to contracts for electricity and gas whereby we were paying considerably more than we should. Once I "gave in" and gave Aaron a Letter of Authority he undertook all the negotiations with the utility company and we ended up with a much better deal. Aaron throughout was polite, friendly and professional. He did all the hard work.

I get many phone calls about changing my utility providers and to be honest some are somewhat underhand to get a foot in the door. I chose the Electric Board because of their straightforward honest & friendly (not false) approach. Since then they have been efficient & now handle electric,gas & water for me

Being a novice at these type of business dealings, it’s good to deal with people who do this for a living, As it’s always in their best interest to get you a deal that’s clear, concise and understandable to the novice. Otherwise they would not be in business very long.
As they do all the dealings with the suppliers, it takes the stress and worry from the layman who does not normally do this type of negotiating.
