Wonderful dog bed, Customer Service was EXCELLENT!
Bottom line is....My dog likes her new bed.....comfy, perfect fit, and easily maintained.

I am not happy with bed and they did nothing.

Arrived with a broken zipper on one side. Then as I attempted to insert the border cushion, the other zipper broke. The fuzzies also get stuck in the zipper and it’s very problematic that the zipper breaks unless you use a high quality zipper which they don’t seem to use. Really wanted to like this because it’s nice and soft but arriving with a broken zipper and the other breaking on first attempt out of the box, giving this a bad review due to poor quality and bad experience out of the box

I had a wonderful experience with this company - both the product and the customer service team exceeded my expectations!

At first I wasn’t sure if my dogs would like this. I was going to ship it back, but first I contacted the company to ask for advice. Glad that I did because they told me to lay on the bed for a few times to get my scent on it. It didn’t take more than one hour and my older dog Holly (Chocolate Lab) started to lay on it. The rest is history ♥️🐾♥️🐾♥️🐾

We ordered the bed AND the blanket. We love the blanket! We love the bed, unfortunately it is too small. The photo for the jumbo size shows a giant golden retriever and lots of space for it within the raised pillow part. My dog does not fit in this bed, she is an 80 pound German shepherd. I measured it and it was true to the dimensions on the website, so I’m not sure why she’s hanging off of it and that dog has like 6 inches on every side between it and the pillow. So be aware if you have a large dog.

Their customer service is prompt and polite. I went with the option to keep the bed and get 50 percent refunded. I have zero problems with donating a 60 dollar bed… but I probably would have been pretty upset if they didn’t offer that and I was stuck with a 120 dollar give away! Anyways, overall pleasant experience. Wish the bed was bigger though.

This bed is not anything like it is advertised. It is not padded, it does not hold it's shape. To expensive for such a horrible dog bed. Very disappointed. Shipped from China!

I purchased a calming bed 6 months ago. The fabric was thinner than I expected but I did not return it as shipping out of the US was too high. My dog did like it and I liked that it did not slip off my leather couch so I hoped it would hold up. After washing twice the fabric developed a large hole (yes, I followed the company’s washing instructions). I am very disappointed that they only warranty the product for 30 days! A bed at this price point should last a whole lot longer, especially since the dog only napped on it and never scratched or tried to chew on it.

Great product. Communication is good but be patient as company is based in Italy so delivery takes awhile.

My products were very delayed - BUT their customer service representative was very responsive and remained diligent in trying to track and report any updates to me. I ordered 2 items - when both were delayed, they refunded me 10%. When second item was not able to be located they shipped another. When second item showed up, they told me to keep the new (now third) item. My little dogs enjoy them too!

UPDATE - our dog has been using the furniture protector outside on our patio couch and it appears to slip less there so she loves it. We also remove the back pillow to allow a larger area for her 80 pound frame.

Support did reach back out regarding the car seat protector but still no resolution. Do not recommend this item for large dogs. For small dogs I think it would work well. Would love to return it for a refund but seems very difficult to do.

Warning others to not buy from this company. I had high hopes but like others did not realize the company was based in Italy until after I made a purchase. On Black Friday I bought a bed, blanket for the couch, and a car seat protector, what was I thinking!?! Within days of receiving two items, I wrote to say the items were not what I expected and were not going to work for me. The company was very responsive initially but didn’t resolve any issues of dissatisfaction. Once I stated I wanted to return items they stopped responding altogether. The car seat protector is the worst, it slips and doesn’t stay in place and after about 10 uses, a seam split open and has rendered it useless. We now have a couch protector that sits in the closet cause it also slips when using, a damaged car seat protector (they sent an entire new one when the first was missing a strap but I don’t even want to use it at all and it remains unopened), and the bed that arrived late has never been opened (I fear being disappointed yet again). Personally I feel these items are not appropriate for large dogs, but I wish they said this in their advertising.

Less than a day with dogbed and there’s a large hole in the seam. Dog hasn’t chewed it or scratched it. Fabric base feels like a cheap Halloween costume.

Please make sure you understand their return policy. I purchased a couch bed for my rescue dog. He is not comfortable on it, nor does he like it. They are located in Italy, and the only way you can return the product is to show that it is damaged and they will refund your money.
I now have a $100 white elephant that I cannot use. They will send a bigger size for 50% off but that won’t work for me.
I’m very disappointed in this. Make sure you understand before you purchase.
