Cheeky Panda is soft and surprisingly smooth - this might be the effect of using bamboo. It’s eco-friendly and the rolls last a while. The toilet paper feels dense so you don't need to use so much. It's a small everyday upgrade that makes a big difference. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone

Subscription delivery delayed by a glitch in the automated system
Contacted Cheeky Panda late at night to query unarrived package. Issue had been resolved early next morning. Exemplary customer service (unlike a number of other companies I could mention).

I find the product better quality than recycled toilet roll/kitchen towel.
On a recent purchase the delivery company lost a package, Cheeky Panda just sent a replacement sorting out the problem for me.

Easy to order, quick to deliver.

We visited cheeky pandas today for a fantastic Halloween party, with different activity stations, treats and hot food for children and adults. The hosts put in a great amount of effort with their spooky decorations and costumes, and as always, providing a super friendly service to her new and well known costumers.

I have been buying CP products since they launched. For me with an incurable, horrible, skin disease, they are a life saver as I never, ever have an adverse reaction, which sadly I do get from many other brands.
At home I only ever use CP loo paper along with wet wipes in the bathroom and in the kitchen, wipes, tissues and rolls.
Additionally, it is fabulous that they also make small packets of tissues and wet wipes so they are always in my handbag. Plus, the very useful travel packs of loo paper - small square boxes are easier to pack.
Of course they are environmentally friendly too which is so very important in this day and age.
I hope the company goes from strength to strength as I cannot manage without them.

Lastly and importantly, they have an exemplary customer service team - no matter how daft a question may be they ensure it is resolved in an efficient manner.
Simply, perfection in every way. I am even very tempted to buy a CP hat. Don't think my hubby would be impressed though ❤️❤️❤️

I love the concept of using bamboo to make these products. We love using them in our home.

In more detail:

I have sensitive skin, and have exclusively used The Cheeky Panda Antibacterial Wipes for over 18 months BECAUSE they were the only wipes that didn't contain the main ingredient that causes me skin irritation.

However recently after getting a new delivery of wipes, my skin started burning and becoming red and blotchy after use, and sure enough, when I looked, the formula for the wipes had changed (making it the one and only change in my routine, so there is no doubt regarding the source of the reaction), and among other changes now included a vague ingredient labelled only as "disinfectant". I had a look on their own site and even pulled up the safety data sheet, but both sources listed the OLD ingredients, which was no help.

So I emailed The Cheeky Panda hoping for clarification, and waited.

And waited, and waited.

When weeks had passed and I'd not heard back, I tried again, and finally got a reply, which honestly was more frustrating than not hearing back at all.

For starters - they didn't seem at all concerned about the adverse reaction their new product was causing. Now I understand that a single report isn't enough to act on, and I wasn't expecting them to just change the formula back, but I expected them to at least take the report seriously.

However what came next quickly made the skin reaction the least of my concerns among a cluster**ck of bad practices:

They explained that the change in formula happened when they moved production RECENTLY from China to the UK, making the claim they ALWAYS had on their packaging that their products were "made in the UK" a flat out lie.

In reply to my asking if they had any stock of the old formula left I could buy from them, they told me to just buy more and hope for the best.

They then proceeded to copy and paste the same outdated ingredients list from their website, and when I pointed out that it did not match the ingredients list on their new product, they simply ignored me.

The only communication I got after that was an automated survey asking me to rate the support I got.

Once I realised I will not be hearing back from them, I started the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities, not only for mis-selling and mis-advertising their products, but also for not providing accurate and current information about their chemical make up.

And now I'm letting other consumers know - The Cheeky Panda might be a small company and hide behind the glow of greenwashing, but they're just another greedy and uncaring company that has no concern for their consumer, or even the safety and quality of their products, only their bottom line.

Finally, and just to remove any doubt: this review isn't about my skin reaction, these things happen, and if that's where it ended, I would have been disappointed that a product I like was changed in a way that made it unusable to me, but I would have taken the loss and moved on. This is about how the company reacted to my report, and the mass of bad practices and flat out fraud that came to light from their poor reaction.

Cheeky Panda have questioned the authenticity of my review, despite them surely having the emails they exchanged with me as proof, and threatening to have this review removed.

Their reply seems good at a glance, but actually they haven't taken accountability for anything, ESPECIALLY not the fact that their products are, or at least were, MANUFACTURED IN CHINA DESPITE HAVING A MADE IN THE UK LOGO.

I'm glad I have reported them to the authorities, and will maintain my claims against them until they start practicing honesty and transparency.

If this review is removed, I WILL post it again.

Great products and always great service

Just changed over from a one-off box of loo paper to a subscription, saving myself 10 percent. It was quick and easy to set up and my order arrived super-quick. As ever, the toilet tissue is the best I've used from any of the eco-brands, and I've tried several of the top ones, none of which comes close in softness - and let's face it, that's probably the most important element of choosing an environmentally sustainable loo roll! Love it, and will definitely be staying with Cheeky Panda.

I never thought I would be writing a review for toilet paper. Just bought the unwrapped bamboo tp 🧻 and kind of went ‘yuck’ to the colour!
But it’s good!
It doesn’t break up like the usual stuff and you don’t need so much.
Lastly, no unwrapping just grab a roll from the box!

Real human response to queries. Great products and very enlightening videos of their production factory. This should be the way all paper products are produced and leave the trees standing!

Lovely soft toiletpaper and tissues and great customer services. Maybe a bit pricey especially the tissues.

I needed some help and had a real human being respond who understood what the problems was and sorted it.
The value of real human being customer services (instead of script followers) needs to be recognised. It makes all the difference.

The bamboo unbleached toilet rolls are brilliant! I'm a true convert!
