Great products with flexible deliveries. Excellent customer service when you do need to contact them. I'm a subscriber, regularly purchasing toilet rolls, tissues and kitchen roll. I recently had issues with the courier, Evri, and my toilet roll subscription was delayed & eventually lost/returned (it's unclear from Evri which). I messaged Cheeky Panda and the lovely Dorota dealt with the problem. First she sent a replacement but, as that was also sent with Evri, it suffered the same fate. I later learnt Evri currently have no agent in my area and so aren't delivering any parcels from any supplier in our postcode area. Dorota was straight on the case again and sent me a second replacement as a priority shipment with another courier which arrived exactly when she said it would. Super service from Dorota and Cheeky Panda, exactly what is needed on the very rare occasion you have a problem and need to contact them! And the products are great!

Superb quality products. The website is easy to use and the dispatch is always prompt. Very pleased with their service.

We ordered from Cheeky Panda expecting ethical, eco-friendly products – but were shocked to receive two large cardboard boxes that reeked of a strong chemical smell.

This odour leached into the bamboo tissue products themselves and caused one of us an allergic reaction when we opened them.

I personally did not have such a reaction, but can testify to the stench.

We contacted the company immediately, explaining the issue and requesting a return – the items were unused and packaged – but they outright refused, claiming they don't offer refunds.

This contradicts UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), which gives customers the right to return unused goods bought online within 14 days.

We've now raised a chargeback through the bank.

Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of accountability.

As I live quite near their office, I am tempted to pay them a visit so they can smell it for themselves.

Absolutely would not recommend!

Absolutely love the products and support the ethos but wish things could be a bit cheaper.

Does the job well without any tearing

I’ve been ordering from here for a good few years and can say hand on heart, their toilet paper/kitchen roll is the best I’ve had. I’ve also recently purchased their new period pads and panty liners and honestly you couldn’t tell the difference, but the planet can. I’m super happy with every order and am pleased that small changes like this, have a big impact on the planet. I don’t even mind buying in bulk as it means I don’t have to go and buy it all the time. Couldn’t recommended the little panda enough!

The products are great quality, not once in the 3-4 years I’ve been using them had I had any change in what I have received.

Customer service (Dorota) has been amazing in helping to solve an issue that arose, not fault of cheeky panda, but assisted in such a wonderful way!

Excellent quality loo paper prefer to all other brands and also really like the minimal packaging used in delivery. Replies to queries also incredibly swift and helpful. Been using several years now.

Lovely product, great sustainability. Wish they wouldn't use Evri for delivery - always late and undependable in the Highlands.

Love cheeky panda, the world would be a better place if we didn't use plastic, also brilliant customer services, highly recommend their products.

Great loo roll.. 48 lasted rolls lasted our family off 7, 6 weeks and thats with toddles that like yo throw them down the stairs and toilet and 3 children with colds, so I think they will last even longer next time
Lovely and soft but strong too, but best of all unbleached. And 100% bamboo unlike other well known bamboo brands that claim to be. I would 100% recommend.

Have bought for a number of years now. Love the toilet paper, really good quality. Tissues are a newer purchase but they are so soft and strong. Really impressed and not that expensive in the grand scheme of things.

I have always struggled with bad skin and tried every skincare hack in the book. I didn't realise it was my cleansers breaking me out. I started using Cheeky Panda wipes for ease as well as they made me feel less guilty - as I know that all other wipes have SO many microplastics in them. Not only are they good for the environment, but it has been over a year since I have been using them and I do not want to look back...

I even did a test once, for a week only - to go back to what I was using before, and I broke out within 2 days. Sticking to these forever and ever! thanks for creating such a brilliant product. lifesavers.

Obsessed with the panda!

Love the bamboo balsam tissues - no weird smell like other tissues, no fluff or dust. And good for the environment to boot!
