Leaving my old review here, but I saw that they changed the packaging of the baby wipes to be very obvious, so updating my rating!

A brand that makes mostly baby wipes and toilet paper shouldn’t venture into multi-surface wipes without VERY different packaging.

I bought their multi-surface wipes by accident in a shop and almost wiped my baby’s butt with them. The main difference between packages is just a small set of letters! This is dangerous, especially because parents are tired. I’d advise rethinking your packages.

The toilet paper is too thick and it blocks the pipes. We had to get a plumber out to unblock them. Their customer service is terrible; their operatives are totally untrained and just send cut and paste responses saying they can't take responsibility for their paper blocking the pipes. I simply asked for the box to be collected and refunded but she kept repeating the same thing. I had to send it back myself and claim the money back through my credit card provider! Due to their appalling attitude, I will also now be suing them for the cost of the plumbing work. Lots of people online saying the same thing.

I have been ordering from Cheeky Panda for a while now. I have found their products good, lots of good options and packaged appropriately. Always had good delivery in the past until recently. It seems that Black Friday prompted some issues where my delivery was significantly delayed and then went missing. I was quite frustrated but reached out to customer service and honestly I’m impressed. I was helped by Dorota and their quick assistance and calm, pleasant manner has kept me as a customer. This is a good example of why service matters.

The Cheeky Panda is a brilliant company. The toilet paper is of a high quality and I love the minimal and sustainable packaging. Their customer service is fantastic, dealing with a delivery issue promptly and following up to ensure the order arrived. I've been ordering from them for years and will continue to do so!

Took advantage of the offer for Panda Toilet rolls, from my sons recommendation after his use of them and trying one of his rolls.
I can say the rolls are great and flush better then alternative eco toilet roll providers; however after placing an order being informed delivery would be due-nothing came! My son had to constantly liaise via email only as no phone numbers available to get Panda to work out what is going on. Sadly they use Evri and they have let not just myself down causing anxiety but Panda as well. My son suggested they look at using alternative delivery agents instead! But it seems even though they cant deliver Panda has full confidence in them. Which means I have zero confidence in Panda and I wont be ordering anymore. My subscription is now cancelled!
Panda did reissue the order and it eventually came around 10 days later ish. Damaged box and 2 toilet rolls debatable if they can be used! I give up with Panda Toilet Roll Company! Completely disappointed and caused me high anxiety due to failure of delivering. Panda only offered a small generic apology. Subscription now cancelled!
They have since offered to refund 2x toilet rolls. And admitted they have had issues with there delivery agents and they are looking at adding more courier options.

Great paper like sustainability also on subscription. They’ve even worked out how frequent for two people with two toilets they will remind me when next order is due.

Cheeky Panda, as good as it is, is produced in China. Not only the bamboo is from China, but it is also produced there (you have to dig pretty hard to find that).

Delivered to your door and reasonably priced. I switched to Cheeky Panda a few years ago and haven't regretted it. Only needed customer service once and they didn't let me down.

Cheeky Panda toiletpaper is perfectly suited for the job it is designed and manufactured to satisfy. All the better for not being bleached. If bleach is harmful in the environment and water courses then unbleached toilet paper should be compulsory for all makes. As it is for some unknown reason people seem to assume toilet paper should be white and so it usually is-

Im so happy to have come across Cheeky Panda. Ive swapped out all our tissues, toilet papers & baby wipes over to their range and they are amazing👌🏻☺️ soft, perfect thickness and the dry wipes are incredible- so easy to use and never tear, same with their kitchen roll..im on the monthly subscription and its so convenient..love that its all made of bamboo, no plastic..thank you for such an amazing range and amazing customer service too- always so kind and quick to respond to any question- very grateful. This is the second time we have ordered from The Cheeky Panda, we started using the toilet rolls as we like the idea of using a more environmental product and having used them for a while they are very good.

We did have an issue with delivery but that issue was with Evri rather than Cheeky Panda, Evri took some time to deliver from the local depot. I contacted customer service and received a reply from Dorata, responses were positive and speedy, and they did all they could to speed up the delivery, I can't fault the product or the customer service, just the Evri delivery, although I am told that they do use DPD now as well, so next time I will try delivery via them.

I've been buying TP and tissues from Cheeky Panda for several years now, and I really love the quality of their products, and especially how environmentally friendly they are! I'd give them 5 stars, but the ordering process, especially with trying to add Panda Points coupons to their subscriptions is a bit confusing, but Customer Service was fantastic after a recent mix-up, and I will be more careful when I put another order through next time.

We've been using the unbleached rolls for a while now, I like that they are not individually wrapped. The subscription is great and easy to change. The panda points generous, but it can get tricky applying them. The website also has a few quirks, but generally good and I feel the quality of the product makes it worth sticking with them.

Great products and fantastic ethical company.

A great company selling loads of eco friendly products. Easy to order on the website and receive your products on subscription which means you don’t have to remember to reorder. Emails keep you updated and the products arrive in a box which can be recycled. I like the quirkiness of this company
