Bought a Mario birthday cake for my little one's 5th birthday. Great service, on time delivery, looked absolutely amazing and finally was delicious to eat!!!

Cake was delicious, great customer service and fast delivery for the best freshness. My son enjoyed it

Cake was late, presentation was not the best. Taste ok

I ordered a cake for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, when we cut into it the whole cake was burnt to a crisp, not only was this upsetting but very embarrassing in front of guests.
I emailed the company on 11th November with photos and got a reply saying sorry (they didn't seem that bothered) we'll give you 30% refund.
This was quite insulting as the whole cake was burnt black but today, 26th November and still no refund!!!!
Shocking that a cake could be sent out like this and more Shocking is the couldn't care less attitude from the company, if this was my company I would have been mortified that a cake was sent out like that

great service wanted to change my cake as realised after 2 mins that there was something even better and was easily changed and delivered perfectly

Lovely cake. Arrived in good time.

TERRIBLE service. Ordered a next day cake to arrive yesterday. Promised it would arrive by 5pm and it didn’t arrive by then! Had to then change for it to arrive to Monday as we were going away for the weekend. Hopefully it does arrive as I would like a refund, the occasion has now happend and false promises. I wish I’d have read past reviews!

the Cake came a day late even after me ordering a month before the delivery date and due to its lateness the cake was dry and horrible

Absolutely amazing. Turned up on time, looked as good as it did in the photo. Smells and tastes wonderful! Thank you so much and look forward to putting in another order for the future very happy 😃

From the moment I contacted The Cake Daddy I knew I was in great hands! I was so so impressed with the communication between the manager and the head baker to deliver my vision of the bespoke cake for my 13 year old daughter! We discussed the design options from images I had provided and they explained all the options I had to choose from, there was nothing that was too much to create for us. I was very pleased with how they worked together to create a perfect cake for us and every question was answered without hesitation. When the cake was in transit I received tracking information which was extremely helpful.
The packaging of the cake when it arrived was great, safe and protected the cake very well.
