Went in for a bike fit as i had been getting lower back pain on my bike. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Matt who did the bike fit was friendly and very knowledgeable explained what he was doing and why the adjustments he made would help my issues. He made my bike work for me without needing to buy new parts.

Over all a great experience and since the fit Matt has reached out to check how the adjustments feel and happy to say my lower back pain has gone!

Went to Matt for a fit on my tt bike.
Such a knowledge and friendly guy. Was there for well over 2 hours which flew by has we talked bikes/ racing.
The adjustments have done me wonders,no more back ache and threshold power up 60 watts with my new position.
Aftercare has been 5 star 🌟 making sure im happy and everything is OK with the bike.

I bought a 2026 Cervelo P-Series from Matt and the team following a number of different conversations and their expert guidance.

I received invaluable advice about why this bike was perfect for me and why an even more expensive one would be unnecessary.

They ordered the bike from the manufacturer and kept me up to date with its travel from the far east all the way to Ormskirk. It arrived in the shop on the Friday and I was taking it home fully built and fitted to me by the Monday.

This was perfect as I had an event that weekend so they did what they could to ensure I got everything I needed in time.

Their service was exemplary and I would recommend them to anyone/everyone. I am definitely going to return as a customer on a consistent basis - perhaps to my own bank account's detriment!

I have been back to the shop today to collect my new bike , it's a pinarello grevil F3 in Etna black .
The fellas in the shop are extremely helpful , knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make the experience of buying a bike as smooth and enjoyable as possible .
Matt made sure that everything with the bike was spot on today before I left the shop .
Their attention to detail is second to none and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a bike .
I wouldn't buy a bike from anywhere else after the great service I have received from them.

I recently purchased a bike at "The Lounge" and I thought to just share my experience, and I honestly could not be happier with it.

My purchase began with a phone call with Matt, who was able to answer any questions I had in regards of the bike I was looking into. I was met with polite and knowledgeable service which allowed me to make a fully informed decision. I really appreciate the flexibility of communicating through either email or on the phone. Another key feature was that Matt kept me very informed with what the process would look like in terms of ordering the bike and the specific components that I would prefer on it, this discussion and communication really allowed me to decide what it is exactly that I want before committing entirely.

When I had decided to get the bike, I had travelled up over 500 miles back and forth to personally collect the bike and I was welcomed with complimentary drinks with an incredibly professional and friendly team. The place itself had such a good environment and included an impressive bike studio/bike museum.

As it came down to seeing the bike, I really valued how meticulous Matt was, any slight tweaks, he was able to replace it on the day. At the end of the purchase, they even added a bonus aftercare which allows me to have the bike be fine-tuned even after this purchase which is truly just excellent customer service.

Overall, it was an amazing experience and I couldn’t be more grateful to the Bike lounge on their service. A one of a kind service where all your needs are met. I cannot recommend them enough, if there's anywhere you should go to purchase anything cycling related, this shop is honestly at the top of the list!!

I purchased a new bike back in April this year and l couldn't be more pleased both with the bike but also the after sales service. I could have purchased a bike online but having the support of the team, has been invaluable.

I’ve been shopping at the Bicycle lounge for many years now and wouldn’t by go anywhere else for a new bike. Just bought a Pinarello X5 and the advice, customer service and set up are 2nd to none. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Every detail is covered. Thanks to Matt and the team for everything.

I’ve just collected my new Enigma Echelon from the bike lounge. From my initial visit Matt and his team discussed what type of cycling I wanted to. They spent time to get the correct size and fit for me. This gave me confidence I’m in good hands. All the components and wheels were discussed before selecting. The finished bike has been built to the highest standard. I’ve no doubt the after sales service will be just as good. Very happy with the whole experience.

Amazing! I recently ordered a Bianchi bike from the Bicycle Lounge. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! The communication and service from staff and owner was excellent, and my bike is awesome.

I bought a bike from these guys using a cycle scheme voucher. They worked with me to sort it out (Halford's scheme is terrible), and put the bike on hold for me while I waited for the voucher to come through (Halford's scheme is terrible). Shipping was super efficient. After you buy they put the bike through the shop and have a mechanic go over it before they ship. They shipped it tracked. It arrived on schedule. The bike was packed as if it were a human child. Everything was padded, nothing left to chance. It could have fallen off of a truck and not sustained any damage the packing was so diligent! It arrived with a checklist of the items they checked before it shipped.

As I was putting the bike together I made a dumb mistake and did some cosmetic damage, but I didn't know why. I called them and they were incredibly helpful and empathetic. I sent them photos and they rang me back within 10 mins and told me where I went wrong and how to fix it. I was hesitant to buy a bike online from a shop outside of my local area, but the other TP reviews were spot on and my interaction with them was absolutely top notch professional.

I went for a Bike Fit at the Bicycle lounge and it was excellent . I had previously had a bike fit done when I bought the bike but I had always had a niggling doubt in my mind whether I had got the right frame size as on the size charts i was in between sizes. Matt confirmed that the bike frame size I had was the right size for me and then made some alterations to my set up from the measurements he took. My saddle height went up and a longer stem was fitted to the bike. I was really happy with the bike fit , the time slot allocated was perfect and the Fit was not rushed at all. A couple of days after the Bike fit I went on my 1st ride and I could notice that the changes made were massively beneficial to my cycling. The only regret I have is not getting this bike fit done earlier. I would highly recommend get a bike fit done here.

I’ve just purchased an Enigma Elan from the Bicycle Lounge. The whole process was faultless from start to finish. Dealing with Matt was an absolute pleasure, his knowledge and guidance was invaluable and reassuring on bike choice. I could have chosen a closer shop to Oxford and to Enigma themselves but whole experience was worth it.
I can’t recommend Matt and his team highly enough, I will definitely be using them again.

The communication was brilliant via emails and WhatsApp.
