The Bicycle Lounge Anmeldelser

Great bike shop. Amazingly helpful staff. Guided me through all the process with great advice. Would highly recommend. No hard sell. Just genuine and proper bike folk. Thank you

I got a great deal on a lovely bike with these guys. Despite having a bit of a trip to make I went to pick it up to take advantage of their offer of a bike fit. I’m so glad I did! The service I got was exceptional and I learnt so much. Furthermore the aches and pains I was getting have all gone. I can highly recommend visiting these guys for their service and expertise.

Amazing customer service. I highly recommend this shop.
A really enjoyable experience from start to finish.

I can't commend enough the standard of service I received when purchasing a Pinarello F1 road bike from the Bicycle Lounge! Matt and Sean were extremely approachable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly both during the bike-fitting session and at the point of sale. The Pinarello F1 represented fantastic value for money and afforded a superb ride quality on the journey home. Matt and Sean also took the time and trouble to take accurate measurements with military precision during the bike-fitting appointment and the reach, saddle height and geometry of the bike were adjusted so the bike was a perfect fit for myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Bicycle Lounge to anyone wanting to purchase or upgrade a road/time trial bike!

I found my bike after an extensive internet search, spoke to staff who responded quickly, paid a deposit & went into the store for my bike fit & purchase. The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant backed by knowledgeable & friendly staff. I cannot recommend them enough & look forward to riding my new bike!

The guys at The Bicycle Lounge were very knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. They helped me source and build my dream bike! Thanks a lot guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the pleasure of buying a Pinarello X5 from here
and from all the bike shops in England. This has been one of the best experiences I have had. from the initial call , to the custom size fit with data, to the communication during purchase, and completion with an extra personal adjustment fit on pick up day. care and attention has been amazing.

I can't thank Matt and his team enough for their service.

Purely exceptional !!!

Sheer class from start to finish. The guys at The Bicycle Lounge are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable you come away knowing you have made the best choice, whether it’s clothing, accessories or a complete new bike.
The service is simply brilliant. To Matt and all the team thank you so much for taking me through the whole fitting and purchasing experience of my new machine. I couldn’t be more pleased.

If you want a ‘proper’ bike shop with great support and incredible service the Bicycle Lounge and Ormskirk is the place to go. Matt and the team are absolutely fantastic.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent experience with the lads at the bike lounge, excellent communication throughout the cycle2work process. Very knowledgeable as well, would highly recommend the bike lounge.

I bought a pinarello back in June and the whole experience was great from the measuring, discussing options and the final fit.
The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing is ever straight forward with me. However, Matt and the team really went out of their way to make sure everything was spot on with my new bike. The challenge of swapping my group set over wasn’t as easy as I’d thought. From the initial sizing appointment with Sean, right down to the final fit, everything was great. Clear communication with nothing hidden. A really great experience which I am truly thankful for!

Came to Matt for a bike fit (bike was purchased elsewhere). I had been experiencing some pain and numbness in my hands and feet. We needed some extra parts for the bike to help with the fit which required a second visit once the parts landed. I was only charged for the flat fitting fee, which is great. Since the fitting the issues I was experiencing have been alleviated to make riding much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Matt. At no point did I feel uncomfortable particularly around the money side which scares me a little in the cycling world. The parts we needed were reasonably priced and so was Matt's time. I will be visiting Matt whenever I need a new bike or my for re-looking at. Thanks.

A great experience from initial contact with Matt & the team, to collection of my Pinarello X7. Everything explained clearly before & on collection. Highly recommended. Thanks Matt.

I was having some pain on the bike and Matt was recommended by a friend. I was a little skeptical as I've riden bikes for 50 years. After a short visit, relaxed conversation and some minor tweaks, I was asked to go ride and feedback for more tweaking. Non needed! I'm pain free, comfortable and riding stronger than ever. Matt is a master fitter and I would recommend everybody to pay a visit for a perfect set up.

Recently picked up my Pinarello F5 from The bicycle Lounge, what great service to go along with great bikes. Highly recommend them

The guys at the Bicycle Lounge do a fantastic job. Had a bike fit and service and both were excellent. They are professional, attentive, supportive and thorough in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them for all my cycling needs. Well done Matt and the team.
