The customer service staff were polite and helpful from the first person I spoke through to speak to Rihanna today. She informed me of the service provided of sorting out our check-in and boarding passes which is a really good part of the service. However, I would like to point out the initial problem I experienced when booking the original flights online. There was a delay from my online booking to Bestticketfares actually booking with the airline which resulted in us loosing the tickets we wanted. Had it been highlighted on the website that these were not live prices and only phoning would guarantee the tickets and prices I could have given 5 stars. Having said that it still didn't take away how good the staff were and the fact that they are available for most of not all day.

Absolute scam of a website!!
They sold me a ticket for £850, after two days they said you’ll have to pay another £120 because the deal you got was an offer but the seat is not available for that price anymore abd the full price is another £120. I said I want to cancel the whole ticket then, they said you’ll have to pay £600 something cancellation fee.
Also, extremely rude and hostile staff, their way of talking absolutely was absolutely, they wouldn’t even let me talk they interrupted everything I said.

Very Disappointing Experience - I Do Not Recommend Best Ticket Fairs
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Ticket Fairs, and based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company. I buy tickets in london to india
I purchased flight tickets, selected the exact date I needed to travel, and paid the full amount.
After that, I waited several days but never received my e-tickets. I contacted the company by phone and email several times to ask for an update, and eventually they told me that the tickets I had paid for were no longer available.

Very professional scammers I bought tickets from these scammers on jetcost and a day after they called me and asked me to pay £982 extra, they said the tickets are not available and I had to pay extra for another ticket, when I asked them to cancel it they said you will pay £200 cancellation fee, I had no choice but to pay them because I was going on holiday with my family and they took my £4200 hostage at the end they gave me the very rubbish ticket that had 18 hours layover both sides, and during my stay abroad the ticket timing changed twice,

My experience with Sky Travel Pod Ltd (Company No. XXXXX) has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. On 9 July 2026, I purchased three return tickets on Turkish Airlines through the company in good faith, expecting a professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, what followed was a stressful and deeply concerning experience.
After the booking, I encountered serious issues and spent considerable time attempting to obtain clear information, assistance, and a resolution. Despite repeated efforts, I have not received the level of service I was promised, nor have I received the refund that I believe is due to me. As a customer, I feel completely let down by the way my case has been handled.
During my attempts to understand what had happened, I carried out my own research and became increasingly concerned about the company's business practices. I understand that Sky Travel Pod Ltd is linked to the websites TheBestTicketFares, SkyTravelPod, and Global Travel Pod, all of which present themselves using UK domain names and UK contact details. In my opinion, this gave the impression of an established UK-based travel business, which was an important factor in my decision to book through them.
I have formally raised concerns regarding the money that I believe remains outstanding and have begun pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels in the United Kingdom. To date, I remain dissatisfied with both the outcome and the lack of effective customer support I have received.
This matter is not closed. I intend to continue pursuing every available legal and regulatory avenue until I obtain a full explanation and resolution. I am also holding the company accountable through the details publicly associated with Company Registration Number XXXXXX.
Based solely on my personal experience, I would urge anyone considering booking through this company to carry out thorough checks, verify all company details independently, confirm exactly who they are dealing with, and carefully review all booking terms and refund policies before making any payment.
My experience has resulted in a significant loss of time, money, and confidence, and I would not choose to use this company again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Best Ticket Fairs, and based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company.

I purchased flight tickets, selected the exact date I needed to travel, and paid the full amount. After that, I waited several days but never received my e-tickets. I contacted the company by phone and email several times to ask for an update, and eventually they told me that the tickets I had paid for were no longer available.

I asked them to refund my money so that I could purchase another flight, but instead the situation was delayed for days. During that time, flight prices were increasing. They eventually offered me a different travel date, but that was not acceptable because I specifically needed to travel on the original date.

After a long and frustrating discussion, I was told that I would have to pay additional money. Because I urgently needed to travel to Vietnam, I felt I had no choice but to agree and pay the extra amount.

What made the situation even worse was the completely different and extremely inconvenient itinerary they gave me. Instead of the approximately 3-hour journey I had originally expected, my journey became:

Vietnam → Haikou, with a 10-hour layover → Changsha, with another 3-hour layover → London Heathrow, followed by a 13-hour flight.

This was an extremely long and exhausting journey, especially when travelling with three children. This was not the type of journey I had originally paid for or expected.

I feel that I was treated very unfairly throughout this whole process. The lack of communication, the delay in informing me that my original tickets were unavailable, the additional payment, and the major change to the itinerary left me extremely disappointed and feeling misled. Base on my personal experience, I do not recommend Best Ticket Fairs. Please be very careful and make sure you fully understand your booking and itinerary before paying.

My experience with SKY TRAVEL POD LTD (operating as TheBestTicketFares) has been extremely disappointing.
On 7 July 2026 at 10:30 pm, I purchased three return flight tickets through this company. After taking payment, I was contacted and informed that the tickets did not include baggage. We decided to proceed without baggage.
The following day, I was contacted again and was offered a full refund for cancelling. We agreed to the cancellation, and I received a confirmation email on 11 July 2026 confirming that a full refund would be issued.
Since then, I have not received the refund. On multiple occasions, I have contacted the company and was repeatedly told that the money would be back in my account "tomorrow", but the refund has still not been received.
What concerns me most is that the proof of refund provided by the company appears to show a refund date and time that was before the tickets were cancelled and even before the original purchase was made.
The tickets were purchased on 7 July 2026, yet the document provided as evidence of the refund appears to have been issued several hours before the booking took place. This raises serious questions about the accuracy and validity of the documentation provided.
Due to the ongoing delay and lack of resolution, I have raised concerns with the relevant UK authorities and am continuing to pursue the matter with the company and its director (XXXXXXX)
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and carefully research this company before making any booking. My experience has resulted in significant frustration, ongoing delays, and money that has still not been returned.

Whilst I was a little nervous given the previous reviews, I cannot thank Emily enough for making my trip to Abu Dhabi from Manchester. She is highly professional, extremrly knowledgeable with an obvious passion for customer care/experience. I cannot recommrnd her enough and will definately be using this lady again.
