I would never order from this company again
I would never order from this company again. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I have contacted them several times about being shipped the wrong phone case. When calling the service number provided, all you get is a recording, but don't waste your time leaving a message. They will never call back. This also applies to emails. I even sent the product back with an explanation, but it was returned to me as undeliverable. Lesson learned.

The screws started to fall out after 3 weeks, unfortunately, I did not notice until 3 were gone, I contacted support they told me that they will inform R&D, but they could not replace the screws because it was not within 48hrs of me receiving the product.

Shipping label printed on 2/4/23 but still no tracking updates
I paid good money ($54.95) for a new S22 Ultra case for my dad's new phone. I placed the order on 1/28/23, and as of 2/11/23, the tracking information is still only showing that a shipping label was printed on 2/4/23, but there are no status updates showing that the package is in transit to its destination.
I've continued to have to apologize to my dad as he continues to have to be extra careful with his new phone that does not yet have a case. I see other reviews here where it has taken over a month for the order to arrive, and I only hope that this order gets there eventually-- otherwise I will do everything in my power to get my money back for this company being fraudulent.

Had ordered a 1,199 Rupees Galaxy S22 Cover and recieved an Iphone 13 cover which would be worth 100 rupees Max.
They are cheats... avoid them.

I wish I would have taken the time to search for reviews before purchasing from Armour Case. It took them nearly two weeks to process a $30 cell phone case and shipping has already taken an additional week so far! This company's whole process seems disingenuous and they give you zero heads up that these lead times are the norm! Do yourself a favor and purchase a case somewhere else, in this day and age nobody should have to wait a month to get a run-of-the-mill cell phone case. Listen to all the bad reviews, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

As a consumer, I find it frustrating that no call has been answered by your phone number, nor message left returned. Add this to no response to an email requesting an update, and a website that indicates the item has been sitting since the 14th awaiting pick up. This leaves a consumer with a lack of transparency that is unacceptable by today's standards from other similar businesses.
I was left with no option but to file a dispute with Bank of America for the charge. I regret not looking at the reviews for your company prior to purchasing. I rarely make this mistake.

Believe all the bad reviews!!! It's been 3 weeks now with no case, noresponse from customer service. All of the reviews on their web site (all 5 star) look pretty much the same.....from one person. Took my money day one of the order and that's it. SCAM

Terrible company. Their shipping is very slow and delivery even slower. It’s been locked up with no shipping label for 3 weeks. Do not buy from these guys.Terrible customer service.
Customer Service is Horrible
I purchased a bluetooth nightstand clock. It was supposed to change colors. It arrived in a damaged box, and didn't have an adaptor that was said to be included. I found an adaptor that would work. The clock would only show the color red, and the downloaded app didn't work. When I contacted Armour Case, I was asked to send photos. The photos weren't accepted as not good enough. I was then asked to do more documentation, and send a video showing the clock would not change colors. The customer service person seemed to have a mission to make the customer work to prove the product defective, so a replacement or refund would not be provided. The clock cost $133.00. I threw it in the trash. Avoid Armour Case.

This over priced case is not worth the money. Looked like one that came from wish in China. Phone number that they have listed is not in service and no response from their email address after purchase
Scammer... Selling low end products in high end boxes all fake
Scammers! Sold me a 100 dollar high end luxury case made by burkley. Sent me their box with a cheap knockoff caseme case inside! And the worst part 8s they sent the wrong size /model so it didn't even fit. None of their phones work you can only contact them through email. They asked for pictures to prove my issue. Then they immediately sent via UPS another case and promised it would be the right one. I said no way send me a refund. Sent three more complaints via email and within 3 weeks received refund to my debit card. Do not shop here! Buyer beware.
ZERO returns
Case was fine, but just know that there are ZERO returns AND if you want to leave a review on their website letting other customers know this, you have to make an account first. If you just make a purchase as a guest and don’t create an account, it won’t show you’ve made a purchase and they only allow those who have accounts AND have made a purchase to write reviews.

Hard to deal with company. Actually not responsive at all went with another wallet from their competitor. I would say buy beware of this company and it’s products. No customer service and shipping slowest I have experienced.

I ordered this case for my wife, who saw it online and fell in love with the red case for her iPhone 12. It is a very sturdy case, offering excellent protection, easy access to phone buttons and cover protection for charging port. Speaker and microphone are not hindered, so calls are not interrupted at all. We got a fair price, free shipping and a reasonable delivery time.

This case is a total piece of s***. The second day the key ring broke off the back. Took over a month and a half for shipping. Very disappointed the case doesn't stay on the phone it's too slippery or too much silicone. I do not recommend buying this case

It was the wrong size which doesn’t even matter because I would not trust my phone in this case! It is so cheap; the camera slide broke when I took it out of the box! Please don’t get sucked like me!
