This company (The Armour Case) has the worst Customer ServiceI I have ever experienced. I purchased a case for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. The color was not the color I ordered and I requested a return number for a different color which they never provided (return number). I decided to return the phone via UPS, after numerous attempts to contact them via email, for a return number to exchange the color. UPS advised me the company refused to receive package and it was returned to me. I decided to keep the case since I had already paid for it and when I opened the case to put my phone in; to my surprise, it was the wrong size for my iPhone. I tried to re-contact them via email (which is the only means of communication with this company) with no luck. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company! They are scammers!

Very disappointed in The Armour Case customer service! Emailed 3 times to exchange cases as my S20fe died before I received my case and had to buy a S22 Ultra. 2 weeks and still have not received any response! Extremely unprofessional!

It appears to be very scammy. I ordered a waterproof case and they shipped the wrong size. I told them I was dissatisfied with the look of the product in person and they told me I would receive a refund shortly. Over a month has passed by and they just stopped responding. I would never recommend this site to someone. What a big mistake and waste of money.

Scammers. Send bad quality product for huge price. Liars and don't refund or return. Don't order from them.

This case is built like a Battleship! I have a Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. With the Armour Case It's Heavy, it makes your cell phone over twice as heavy. Also it's large! I had to purchase a special leather phone holder. I've owned this for 3 1/2 months. I was on a service call one day about something unrelated and the company wanted me to input numbers. I kept tapping it but did NOTHING. Tapped Several times. Then it worked. I started to notice dropped calls, Poor Reception. I was two bars down from places like my house and office, never happened before. I received a few notifications on the iphone, started to tap and swipe and there was NOTHING. So I decided to open it up. I noticed, can you believe this? Water, Condensation built up on the protective glass. This phone with case never touched Water!. As soon as I removed the iphone it work PERFECTLY. Basically it's Over Built. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CASE!

If I could rate less, I would. This business is a scam. I hope that you read this BEFORE purchasing ANYTHING from this business. I wish that I did. As almost everyone with a review here can attest, you place your order on the website in good faith, you spend your money and they send you a different item. When you email customer support they give you a story on how they have to confer with the warehouse and get back to you. In my case I purchased a phone case for $59.99 +tax, plus shipping, then immediately after the purchase I looked up the BBB rating (too late!!!) and realized they were not a credible company. The same night I sent an email asking them to cancel my order immediately. Instead they went ahead and processed the order and sent me an incorrect case (the case they sent me was $39.99 and not what I ordered). I sent SEVERAL emails to them requesting they accept the incorrect case as a return and received the same response "they are still reviewing my request". It is now 3 months (or so) later and I realize they will never return my money or respond to any additional emails so it is a loss overall. I truly regret doing business with this company and wonder what can we do as consumers to shut this business down so no one else gets suckered into ordering from them. My loss but anyone reading this review BEFORE purchasing, let this be your warning and your gain.

Beware this company! They tried to double charge me for a smartphone case, and I had to go through PayPal to get the money they stole.

I ordered a Metal Armour Magnetic Privacy Glass Case for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Series quite a while ago. It took more than a month to arrive. When it finally did, I noted that the packaging had absolutely no padding so I was concerned about the condition of the case. When I opened the package, I immediately saw that the screen was badly cracked in several places. I took photos of the packaging and the case/screen and contacted support@thearmourcase. I heard back from them within a day, but they offered an exchange. I did not want an exchange and requested a refund. The individual stated that they would submit my email to "management" and upon review and approval, I would be notified via email of my refund. After about a month with no response, I submitted another email. Unfortunately, I've never heard another peep from them. Apparently, I'm out the money I spent on this case. BUYER BEWARE!

At first I was concerned with my order because I didn't get a confirmation email for the purchase. I emailed them and was pleasantly surprised with a quick response and tracking number. The case arrived as expected.
The case is solid, easy to install and provides great protection for the phone including the camera which on the iPhone 13 is now extends out from the phone.
Their are rubber gaskets and backing that prevent keep the phone in place on any surface I have placed it on.
The one wish I would have for the case is for the stand to work in portrait mode.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!
Its rubbish, for the Zfold 3 there is NO spin protection, how they call it armour I have no idea....... then when you want to return it this is what you get charged -
"to return the item you will also be charged a 50% value of the item as a restocking fee and a $10 shipping and handling fee.".......

Trash trash trash..u can find better material at your worse flea market...59.99 they should be a shame....shout this place down

STOP. Never order anything yes not anything from this scam company. No phone, email response on broken case that fell 2 feet and hit my bare foot. No No No find case else where.

I ordered a case for my galaxy s9 plus, received a case for a note 9 and asked to swap for the correct case. They told me its 10 dollars to ship it back, plus a 50% restocking fee and they're not responsible if the product is lost or damaged. The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Buy a case somewhere else, you'll be happy you did. I went to leave a review on their site and they made it basically impossible. Thats why I'm here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered case February 3rd, is now March 10th tracking is showing its still in China.

Order the case in October 2021 sent the wrong case I have not heard from them since no customer service at all no help and no phone number to contact them

It's been 53 days since I place my order for the Armour Dustproof Shockproof Tempered glass Metal Cover For iPhone, for iPhone 13 Pro.

17 days later a case arrived that did not fit my phone.

Since then I've inquired 9 times requesting the case that I've ordered, and there is no resolution insight.

So, go shop somewhere else, and do not buy from The Armour Case. Otherwise you can expect the same level of disorganization.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Do not order from this company, if you make an error and need to do an exchange they want to charge you 50% restocking fee and a $10 shipping charge. I would rather throw it in the garbage than buy another product from these guys.

Ordered a case on January 6 here it is January 25 still nothing no tracking available did reach out to customer support and they gave me the tracking link. The tracking link has nothing in it. BEWARE THE OTHER POSTS ARE CORRECT. They use a shipping company called Yun Express. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I ordered the wrong model of case I wanted to return it. It is unopened and I was going to pay the shipping, and even discussed purchasing the right case. They said if I return it I would still be charged 50% of the original case plus $10 shipping, even though the return shipping would be my responsibility. I wanted to buy additional case to fit my phone after I return this, but that is not going to happen. I spoke to them multiple times to try to get them to understand that it was unopened, unused, and I would pay for return. Still, 50% of the original case would be charged. Ridiculous
