I ordered a case for the IPhone 13pro max. They charged me immediately for it. Never received an email or invoice regarding my order. Waited 15 days then emailed their customer support. They responded 5 days later saying they were waiting for a production run and would cancel and refund my order. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

took to long for delivery ,try to cancel,could not cancel when I receive the item it was not as describe hard plastic not military grade. try to return they want to charge 25% plus shipping I e-mail again no answer (very sorry customer service) do not order from this Company

I ordered a case that was supposed to work with wireless chargers, needless to say it does not. Unfortunately I waited to long to try it out and once I discovered that it didn't work it was past the 30 days return period. I reached out hoping they would take responsibility for selling a product that doesn't work as advertised, but alas, just another crappy company trying to make a buck it seems.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I purchase what appeared to be a magnetic Apple Watchband. I received a watchband that wrapped around my wrist to the face of the watch. I disputed and requested to return it. They would not accept the return, but told me I could keep the watchband and buy another at 50% off...What a joke! Terrible company. They do not have a customer service phone number, only an email address. It is a SCAM. Do not buy from them!

Read the return policy first! They charge a 25% “administrative fee” for all undamaged returns, and even then, the return has to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

Never got the item. Wanted to charge more to track. They AI’d a picture of my
House to show it delivered. I have cameras hmmm. I contact them and they were like it was not delivered yet. This company is a HOAX do not use!!!!!

The case itself is nice and so far seems to be protective (however I also don't drop my phone either). However, the ring on the back is VERY flimsy. While it's ok to use to hold onto the phone, it is not very useful as a stand. It collapses all the time no matter what direction it is.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and I still haven't received my case. The only way to communicate with their customer service is via email. They use the US Postal Service for shipping, so I need to pay extra to track my order. Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service, the shipping information, and the website design.

Ordered the case on 5/22 and 9 days later I am informed they have created a shipping label. If you dont’t have two weeks to wait for a phone case go somewhere else.

Ordered an Armour phone case on March 23, 2025. The case arrived on April 5, 2025. The case began to fall apart within two weeks. I contacted Armour that they refuse to give me a replacement or refund! I wish I had read more reviews period top my purchase! Lesson learned!

Do not buy! Took forever to arrive. When it did, it does not work on my magnetic chargers as advertised. I tried it in the house and in the car and it worked on none of them. I have typical magnetic chargers. When I looked at their full refund policy, They take 25% off and you pay shipping. What a rip off!

Please dont buy from this people. I order before 1 month and i got the product today. Any way the product i recieved is unboxed already by some one. And full of scrached on the product. Simply wasted my money.

You will not get your items.if you do they will be wrong. This company buys temu cases and marks them way way up. That's why it takes 30+ days to ship. You will not get a refund. If you try to send it back you will be charged 25$ plus shipping. They will then reject the return once they receive it. You aren't going to win with them. They will completely ignore emails. This company is the pits I bought the red armor case from my iPhone 12 Pro Max on September 11, 2024 it's now over three months later and I still have not received the product the company says that I did not put the suite number in the address so the product is headed back to its origin meanwhile they won't send me another one instead they'd rather play the blame game which they can't prove that I didn't put the suite number in the address either way they should adopt the mantra of home depot even if the customer is wrong they're right for $55 It's not the end of the world but they're making it as if it is meanwhile I'm out $55 they don't respond to my emails anymore of course because I'm pissed and they could care less and I don't hear a lot of praise about their products and longevity so I would run and run fast and definitely do not do business with this company Their customer service is horrendously terrible.

My Armour Case was supposed to be super strong & resistant ? Well i paid 85$ for it w tax & shipping ! $$. My Screen craked ! Not a Tough Screen !! All along the side of my phone case , phone case is Ok & Tough but not the screen !? ... Very dissapointed !! I wonder if they can replace just the screen ? . I purchased this phone case ( Armour Case ) because my New samsung S21 Ultra screen slightly cracked & i wanted to protect it ! Well now all the side of the screen has broken !? .
Very sad & Dissapointed today ! This case should not have broken !! I wont be purchasing again from them !!!.

Tried to cancel 20 min after I ordered.. Said not an option. MUST WAIT TIL I RECIEVE.
got it 21 days later, and after waiting 7 days for response (which was after 11pm at night). STATED it was too late. PLUS IF I WAS TO RETURN There would be a $25 administrative fee, $10 restocking fee, and i must pay for shipping $11..
That's $46. I PAID $49 ,PLUS TAXES, And other administrative fees..
THIS IS A SCAM SITE, SAME CASE IS ON AMAZON FOR $12..

I got a case for my Fold5. I expected it to be a strong case with at least ok design. What I got was cheap plastic and a front part of the case that keeps just sliding off. The hinge protection is loose, meaning I have to constantly open it up and clean out the hinge. The best part? They will only accept a return within 48 hours and only if the product is unopened. I tried to go onto their website to leave a review on the product and it turns out I don't have an account and there is no way to create one. This is very shady and I cannot advise people to stay away from them more. This is all on top of the fact that it took a week and a half longer than promised for them to deliver the case. A whole 4 days longer than promised to even ship it.

The team response and customer service is excellent.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the product and they happily agreed to refund me 50% of purchase price. I am waiting for them to process my payment. They also told me that I can keep the product instead of taking 25% loss and shipping charges, which I felt was great.

Easy to return the item however the fact I needed to pay an extra charge vs just being able to make an exchange is a bit off putting.
