The Alloy Market provides excellent customer service by promptly mailing the packet, answering questions via phone, text, or email quickly and thoroughly, sending reminder text messages, testing the items sent to them same day, and providing a detailed, itemized offer within the same day. Once the offer is accepted or declined, payment and/or return of the items is done at the end of the business day. I have used The Alloy Market three or four times within the past couple of years, and my experience has been exactly the same each time.

Process was seamless. After reading info from local news station about Alloy being a respected source to sell gold, etc. I decided to try them. I ordered and got my package, sent photos of what was being sent, received package, followed instructions and got my offer. Was pleased with offer and accepted.
