It was efficient and complete and the price was very good

I was very happy with my car insurance quote over £100 cheaper than my auto renew quote from my usual insurance, I've never claimed on insurance so i shopped around and got the great deal with AA GOLD inclusive of coursity car which i didn't get with my last insurance company thanks so much.

I was invited to write a review by AA. I wasn’t able to see my documents and Chat wasn’t helpful. I had a lovely reply advising me to delete cache, cookies and browsing history and try a different browser which I did and can now access all. My technical ignorance and frustration made me write a hasty response. Apologies AA. Five stars ☺️

You always have to look at the price. With what was being offered AA stood out for competitiveness and a all round easy to book service. Can't fault them

Easy website competitive prices

Good competitive price, can only hope that the renewal price is competitive. The AA has a reputation for suckling people in with a lower price the first year and then the renewal is disproportionately high the second year NO LOYALTY.

Ease of online access.

Would have been more encouraging if I had been asked if I was a member of the AA. Having been a loyal gold member for many years.

The online questions seemed less than on some sites and the whole process was easy to complete.
The quote was not the cheapest but offered the most benefits and was competitive with other companies.

I have been with the Police mutual for over 40 years and this year I was in an accident involving a young man who came off the pavement and collided head on with my vehicle. He was very aggressive but as my wife sustained injury to her chest area making the accident a personal injury I called the Police & ambulance service. The young man then decamped from the scene refusing his details.when Police finally tracked him down he was taken to court and fined. At the time I was driving a lease vehicle insured by another insurance co. I received a phone call from the Police mutual informing me that because I had not told them of the accident my insurance would increase. He was not a particularly sympathetic man as when I told him I did t realise I had to inform Police mutual of an accident not covered by then he just stated you should have looked at the small print on my insurance cert. I think after 40 years of loyalty they could have been a little personable. Anyway they sent me a quote of £125 month to cover my personal car but with the AA they charged me £75 a month saving me £600 a year. No brainer.
