My policy was cancelled without my knowledge and I received no notification before discovering I was uninsured. I’m currently pursuing a formal complaint with AA.

No problems insurance at a reasonable pice

I have recently taken out a Home Insurance with the AA and I am trying to log in to my account to get my documents. Each time I am taken to the Car Insurance website. I have tried to use the Chat section, but this didn't work. So far I am not impressed.

My Home Insurance with a well known hight street bank (think Horses) was received and had increased to over £500???. It was a good standard of cover.
They very kindly let me speak to a "Bot" offered to lower it , still to more than last year, or said, I could lower the standard of cover.
Searched a well known comparison site who offered many alternatives, firms I'd never heard of, until The AA came up at a very much equal cover for £200 less than the bank. No brainer, now with the AA

Terrible service. Mr family of four children and wife total 6 family members have been moved from hotel to hotel for the last 3 wks. Only to eventually be told that they cannot fix the leak coming from my bathroom. This is an awful company do not use them unless you want more problems. I have been insured with this company for 3 years and always made my payments by direct debit on time. But when you need them they will make all types of excuses not to help you.

It was easy to do online. Had to contact you AI thing as I could not open my documents.
two days after I signed up I received a letter from AA with a cheaper quote.
