Just easy to use. A slight hiccup registering for my account but I think I was perhaps a little impatient!!

Exceptional service over the telephone.
The two telephone operators I spoke to were very helpful, patient and professional.
They made sure I’d completed my policy thoroughly and correctly. In addition they added advice which I found very useful. They provided a level of service that he’s very rare to come across nowadays. It was very much appreciated and gave me faith that should I have any claims on my car insurance? I would be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Very quick to arrange and the man on the telephone was easy to understand and very helpful. I changed to the AA as my previous insurer hiked the cost of renewal so much.

Good quick service
I got a quote, rang up to see if you can post policy out ,went back in to buy it and it had gone up £20 so rang back and he did it at the original price. Phone answered quickly. Helpful.

Auto-renewal should be optional
No issues at all with the insurance or application process, I'm marking them down for 2 reasons. 1) they put annual auto renewal on automatically with no clear way of turning it off; 2) they say they will hold payment card details for 'ease of use' at the renewal time, again with no clear option to turn it off)
