I found the website easy to navigate and questions are easy to understand. The price was good and I do have motor insurance with AA. Pleased with results and let's hope it performs when it's required.

Only issue was, there should be an option to turn off the automatic renewal. I will probably have to find the time to call up & speak to a telephone representative in a years time, if i wish to cancel, when the click of the option, online is far easier

Purchasing the policy was good.
I do not like the way the documents were emailed to me. They can only be opened with a secure password every time and won’t allow me to save them on a file.

I know how to use the password and did use it to open the documents but I cannot save them to a file. They have to be opened every time with the password to view only. Could they be sent to me in the post?

I found the setting up process easy to do and at a good price compared to other insurers

Fees free to change update policy is a unique big plus.

I used a link from a comparison site so most of my details were prefilled which made it easier. Everything seems to have gone smoothly but I still feel nervous of these completely digital systems with no human contact. The price seemed reasonable - considerably less than our previous insurer.

They gave me the best quote for even more cover than my previous insurance company

Insured with AA last year for £414, renewal quote came in at over £600! Exactly the same details, exactly the same car, no crashes, no claims made, still zero points on license, +1 years no claims bonus...results?..45% increase!!! Just insured elsewhere for £311.. Must have "mug" tattooed on my forehead. Highly recommend you opt out from auto renewal with the AA if you go with them.

Telephone call straight to a human . Wonderful!!! She was exceptionally helpful and patient with an OAP who was not good with technology. My insurance policy will be sent on paper [Another wonderful !! ] as I do not like important documents to be only seen online . Altogether an example to many other companies.
