We understand why accurate account information is important, particularly when it directly relates to the risk limits of an active trading account. In your case, our team reviewed the calculation and identified an incorrect midnight value that affected the EOD Trailing Level displayed on your account. The difference was corrected and the necessary adjustment was applied to ensure the calculation was accurate.
We also reviewed the subsequent closure of account 1261328. Following the correction, the account later reached the applicable Max Loss limit, and the closure was therefore valid under the account rules. The correction to the earlier calculation did not prevent the account from being subject to the Max Loss rule based on its subsequent trading activity.
We appreciate you bringing the dashboard concern to our attention, as it allowed the calculation issue to be identified and corrected. The matter has been reviewed, the account calculation was addressed, and the subsequent account closure was confirmed as valid.
We therefore consider this case fully reviewed and closed.

Good swing Futures program
The 5ers are a solid, trustworthy, and reliable trading partner. I definitely recommend them to any trader looking for a prop firm. What specifically attracted me to their futures trading program is the ability to swing trade futures and be in a trade for the full 75-80% without having to hop in and out every end of day. One criticism: The 5ers use the Black Arrow trading platform which is good, but not when a trader selects Black Arrow One. This version does not have the option of OCO and the placement of SL and target orders. Simply said, it is a recipe for a short-term trading experience. On top of that, the 5ers do not allow changing the Black Arrow One platform to the Plus at any stage of the account. Once you've bought the One version, you'll have to stick to it. For that reason I expect that - even after passing the challenge and being funded - I will have to take a new challenge soon. Obviously this time I'll make sure to take the Black Arrow Plus version for a small additional fee.

Constant issues with 5ers BlackArrow
Constant issues from the start with 5ers BlackArrow futures trading. Third of the way through the eval program and I get two emails; the first stated I have left a trade open over the weekend and therefore they were closing the account- not correct as no trade left over weekend and the second I had exceeded by daily loss- not correct. Had to wait for a reply to my email with 5ers confirming issues BlackArrow and gave me two new programs,. one immediate disabled and one which had no profit I had made. Complained to 5ers who gave me a discount. Tried taking on new account but was blocked. Managed to make one trade which made $1400 profit but this did not show on my account. Now I am blocked from making trades on program and waiting to hear from 5ers about what if happening.

The initial account termination and subsequent account issues were related to technical problems affecting the BlackArrow environment, which were acknowledged and addressed. As a resolution, your original account was replaced with a new account, and additional compensation was also provided.
Regarding the profit you mentioned that did not appear on your dashboard, this was also reviewed. Our investigation confirmed that the trades in question were not executed on your assigned The5ers evaluation account. The BlackArrow execution window allows different accounts to be selected, including local demo or simulator accounts, and trades placed on those accounts do not register on the The5ers dashboard. Therefore, the associated profit cannot be transferred to or reflected on the evaluation account.
The subsequent issue where you were unable to place trades was also addressed. We identified that the incorrect account was selected in the BlackArrow execution window, and once the correct account was selected, you confirmed that you were able to trade successfully.
We appreciate that you experienced several issues during this process, and we have taken the relevant concerns into consideration. However, based on the investigations and resolutions provided, we have not identified any outstanding issue with your current account or an unresolved loss of evaluation profits.
The case has been reviewed and the relevant issues have been addressed. We therefore consider this matter fully reviewed and closed.

I really like the rules for the futures…
I really like the rules for the futures platform, as they fit my trading style very well. The EOD drawdown, no buffer, and consistency being based on individual trades rather than daily profit are all things I really appreciate. The per-trade consistency rule, in particular, is a big plus for me.
Because futures is relatively new to The5ers, I have experienced quite a few technical glitches between the Hub and BlackArrow. While I understand that a newer futures offering can come with some growing pains, I do think the technical side could be more reliable. These issues can be particularly stressful when you're actively trading, because you need to be able to trust that your platform, account information and trades are all syncing and displaying correctly. Especially, when there are open trades that are displaying on the Hub, but you have ZERO open trades - the particular program I have requires you to close all trades by 5 EST.
That said, support has always been great to work with and has been helpful when issues arise. Sometimes the wait for resolution can be a little long, but I have generally found the support team to be helpful and willing to work through the problems.
Over the summer, there may have been some vacation scheduling involved because it took 21+ days to receive my first withdrawal. Combined with the technical issues I was experiencing, that did create some additional psychological stress on top of the usual mental challenges that come with trading. I was willing to give some grace for that.
I also had to complete a risk review, which I was happy to do. However, I found the individual conducting the review to be quite abrupt, which made the experience less than ideal.
So far, I have received three withdrawals. My third withdrawal was less than I had expected because the withdrawal cap had been changed, but the change had not been communicated to traders on this particular account. This is another area where I think The5ers could improve: communication around changes to account rules and payout conditions needs to be clearer and more proactive.
As for BlackArrow, I much prefer it over Tradovate. I like being able to set my stop loss and take profit and actually see the dollar amount I am risking or potentially making. With Tradovate, that functionality isn't as straightforward and some of it has to be set up through templates. I also find BlackArrow fast when entering trades.
Overall, I am happy with The5ers and enjoy trading with them. I think the rules are very well suited to my trading style, and I really like BlackArrow. Support has also been good when I've needed help.
The biggest things I would like to see improved are **technical reliability, communication around changes, and more frequent withdrawals**.
Ideally, I would love to see weekly or 5-day withdrawals. A lot of the other firms I have been researching allow traders on a $50K account to withdraw around $2,000 every 5–7 days, whereas The5ers currently limits withdrawals to 3% ($1,500) every 14 days on this account. For me, the length of time between payout requests is probably the biggest drawback.
Despite the issues I've experienced, I have received three withdrawals and I am overall happy with The5ers. I think they have a very good futures program, and with some improvements to the technical side, communication, and payout frequency, it could be an excellent one.
