To maintain strict compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering regulations and financial guidelines, our terms require that all personal accounts be purchased using a personal payment method issued under the exact individual name registered on the profile. Using a corporate or business payment card for a personal trading account constitutes a third-party payment mismatch under our compliance guidelines, which prevents us from activating the funded account.

When a payment method cannot be verified under individual account parameters, our policy requires us to issue a full refund directly to the original payment card used. Calling our firm thieves is inaccurate and false, as your funds were returned to your account in full rather than retained.

Our team communicated these payment requirements directly, and all rules regarding accepted payment methods are explicitly detailed on our website and in our Terms and Conditions prior to purchase.
