We understand your request to complete KYC verification before purchasing a challenge. However, this is not possible because KYC and account verification are part of our compliance and funded account review process, which is triggered at the relevant stage of the program.
Before a trader reaches the funded stage, there is no funded account to activate or verify for live trading purposes. In addition, KYC approval alone does not replace the full review process, as account eligibility may also depend on trading activity, account history, risk checks, and compliance requirements.
For this reason, KYC cannot be completed as a guaranteed pre-purchase approval. Traders are welcome to purchase and trade according to the program rules, and once the required stage is reached, the verification process will be opened and reviewed by the relevant team.
We also requested additional information through Trustpilot so we could identify your profile and review your concern directly, but unfortunately, no response was received within the required timeframe.

Hi again , this is my third funded future account with 5er's , again I lost my second account due to impatiency and rushing thinks, I hope I can hold this account and commet to my trading process as in the evaluation, 5er's had the best trading conditions I found throughout the prop firms according to my personal search.

Glitch resolved in less than 48hrs
There was a glitch in my account due to which my account was considered as breach.
But 5ers rectified it and gave me a new account with the profit!

They removed OCO orders out of nowhere…
They removed OCO orders out of nowhere in the system, so, my stoploss orders never got removed when I hit tp and got executed to move against me failing my evaluation. Their support told me they removed those. There was no prior intimation of this happening and I got to know when I was clueless about how I reached equity stop when I was already almost done with my challenge. Pathetic.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be to have an account closed, especially when you were already close to completing your evaluation.
We have carefully reviewed your account activity, including the relevant trades and the circumstances surrounding the account closure. Based on our review, the account reached the applicable maximum loss limit. Once this limit was reached, the account was automatically terminated in accordance with the program’s risk parameters.
We also reviewed the trading activity around the time of the closure and did not identify anything that would justify reversing the termination. While we understand your concerns regarding the closing of your positions, the account’s final equity and the applicable risk limits are what determine whether the maximum loss threshold has been reached. Once that threshold is breached, the account cannot continue trading.
We appreciate that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we understand that you may disagree with the outcome. However, we have thoroughly reviewed the matter and can confirm that the account closure was applied correctly based on the applicable rules and account data.
We always encourage traders to maintain sufficient room below the maximum loss limit, particularly when managing open positions, as market movements and execution conditions can affect the account’s equity in real time.
We value the feedback you have provided and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, after completing our review, the decision remains unchanged and we are unable to reinstate or reopen the account.

Delay in payment and restriction of trading instruments
After making two withdrawals, the withdrawal processing speed has slowed down significantly. It's been a whole week and I still haven't received the payment, with the status showing "On Hold." Additionally, NQ—the instrument I frequently trade—is also unavailable for trading today. I suspect the platform is deliberately restricting my account to push me toward trading other products.

I’ve had a really great experience with The5ers Futures! 😁
One of the things I really like about their program is the clear and trader-friendly rules. The conditions are straightforward, reasonable, and give you a good environment to focus on trading consistently without unnecessary complications.
I also recently received my first payout, and I was honestly impressed by how fast the whole process was. I submitted my withdrawal request at around 4 PM, and by 2 AM the same night, my payout had already been processed!
Everything was smooth, fast, and straightforward from the challenge all the way to the payout.
So far, I’m extremely happy with my experience with The5ers Futures. Great rules, smooth process, and an incredibly fast payout.
