No tires tu dinero con esta empresa. Han cambiado de nombre varias veces por no poder hacer frente a las reseñas negativas. Slidenjoy, yourslide, portabl, y ahora the portable monitor. Me cansé de reclamar un producto pedido hace AÑOS que nunca llego. Tras eso me harte de solicitar una devolución y únicamente recibir respuestas vagas sobre que están trabajando en ello. Han hecho 3 rebrandings mientras esperaba el producto o la devolución. ESTAFADORES.

Order confirmed 20 January. Until today 9 of March still not shipped despite severla mails that it will happen in the next days as a priority

Comme beaucoup d'autres, je me suis fait voler mon argent. Pour moi, c'était en 2019.
Un écran 17" commandé à Slidenjoy qui depuis a changé de nom et de site internet. Impossible de me reconnecter à mon compte qui a tout simplement disparu.
Cela fait bientôt 5 ans qu'on me promet une livraison d'ici 15 jours. Cette année, j'ai décidé de ne plus attendre et j'ai demandé un remboursement en janvier. Le remboursement, comme la livraison, j'ai bien l'impression que je ne les verrai jamais.
Fuyez ce vendeur si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent et votre temps !

As a backer years ago when this company was still Slide n joy, i have never gotten the screens.. the company switched names multiple times and keeps trying to avoid filling their commitment

Hi, before purchasing please review this post , Portable monitor have now had my money after funding as kickstarter business for 5 years and are yet to fulfill my order. Every request for a response is met by the same cut and paste response, ‘we are working on it’ ‘someone will be in touch’, ‘thanks for your patience’, and nobody ever is, nobody ever does, and I’m all out of patience. They refuse to escalate the matter on my behalf. The customer service is awful, the company is dishonest and disingenuous, the communication is impersonal. Truth is there are a dozen manufactures of like product out there, and given the level of service I’ve received every single one of them should be higher on your consideration list than this at best incompetent company at worst fraudulent operation. Feel free to like share comment, I’ve 5 years worth of email and chat transcripts if anyone at the company cares to do anything, though I won’t hold my breath. Très mauvaise expérience, j'ai finalement renoncé à obtenir ce produit qui m'aurait ete vraiment utile dans mon quotidien, grosse frustration...
Faisant partie du projet Kickstarter et ayant réglé le deposit de départ, je n'ai jamais eu de retour et tous mes appels et emails avec slidenjoy ont mené nulle part, vraiment dommage car c'était prometteur...
En gros, 60 euros de perdus et plus aucune confiance a certains projets Kickstarter...

Still not delivered since July 2015. I'm backer #247 on Kickstarter. I have backed this project in July 2015 and I'm still waiting on my product.

The customer service is constantly saying "Cannot give you an estimated delivery date but it will be in the next batch". As backer # 247 I would expect to be delivered at least within the first 300 units. Today it seems like much more than 300 units were produced.

I'm contacting the customer support every few months I would just like to get a rough estimate, even if it is "at some point this year or that year". It's been 9 years I can wait another year if they could at least set an expectation. There is a real lack of communication from this company. I would rather they message me every month to tell me it's late and update me on progress rather than staying silent.

The worst kickstarter campaign I've seen on the web, the most frustrating purchase I ever done in my life.

J'ai précommandé et versé un acompte en février 2016, juste après la campagne Kickstarter, mais je n'ai jamais rien reçu, à l'instar de nombreux autres soutiens. Fort heureusement, je n'ai pas répondu aux multiples sollicitations de paiement supplémentaire, fondées sur des promesses non tenues, car beaucoup de ceux qui ont cédé attendent toujours, au même titre que les contributeurs initiaux.

La gestion du projet a été désastreuse sous tous les aspects.

Bien qu'ils aient pu enfin, après 8 ans, parvenir à lancer la production que d'un seul des nombreux modèles annoncés, cela ne suffit pas à restaurer ma confiance en leur compétence ou en la qualité du produit final.

Leur incapacité manifeste à diriger un projet technologique de cette envergure ne me laisse guère optimiste quant à l'avenir.

I purchased / invested in getting a screen as an early bird adopter many years ago. I loved the concept and really thought this would become big. Never delivered the screen which is a real disappointment. I’m surprised to see this up and running and more importantly the many people hindered, including myself, not reimbursed with interest or as a minimum supplied the actual product.

J'ai commandé un slidenjoy en 2015 après avoir vu la présentation sur Telematin (Laura du web). Séduite par le concept, et consciente qu'il faudrait attendre quelques mois, j'ai payé pour réserver mon exemplaire. Quelques années et quelques mails plus tard, je suis informée que le produit va m'être livré et je paie le solde. Je n'ai jamais rien reçu, malgré plusieurs relances de ma part et plusieurs mails de promesses et d'excuses.

J’ai commandé juste après le covid un moniteur pour mon ordinateur mais je l’attends toujours !!!
J'étais content car c’était censé être mon cadeau de fin d’étude et de diplôme mais forcer de constater que ni moi ni mes parents en avons vu le bout du nez !
Sur le papier le concept est génial mais vu que 600€ se sont envolés dans le ciel ça l’est tout de suite moins.
Le pire dans l’histoire c’est que le marque utilise des gros influenceurs pour « « « « rassurer » » » » les gens et pour leurs montrer que le projet et bien réel et donc escroquer de nouvelles personnes, c’est minable.
Et le pire DU PIRE ! C’est que lorsque vous les contactez, ils vous répondent !!! C’est vraiment absurde d’organiser une arnaque pareille et de ne pas juste se tirer avec l’argent, limite ils nous narguent.
D’ailleurs je ne comprends pas pourquoi les divers états et instances ne font pas quelque chose de concret pour les stopper
Bref, si le CEO que j’ai demandé à avoir il y a 4 ans daigne voir se message et me contacter, qu’il n’hésite pas ! J’ai mp la marque sur insta un fois supplémentaire

I BACKED THIS ON KICKSTARTER 9 YEARS AGO. This company is a gigantic scam - they will take your money and not deliver the product. There's a whole Facebook group dedicated to this fact. Countless people that have been screwed over, spent way more than what the product is worth, only to be given repeated false promises and lies. Do not purchase this. This company is full of frauds, and criminals, and you will be throwing your money away.

Note - Trustpilot requires that my date of experience was within 12 months of posting, but I made this purchase on July 8, 2015. Scam, scam, scam.

My order # was at first 1693, and then later changed to 7620 when they rebranded for the third or fourth time (Slidenjoy -> Le Slide -> Portabl -> The Portable Monitor)

UPDATE 3/20: It gets even better. I emailed the reviews email address per their request, and got an email from someone named Tom Bosser. When I replied to him, his email address no longer existed. If this doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does.

They scammed me. I ordered it few years ago and never got it. I wrote a lot of mails. Nothing happened. :( very disappointing

I purchased this product from their initial website more than 5 years ago. I paid in full in October of 2019. There were many promises for delivery over the years, yet I wasn't even able to get registered at their last website. This company is a SCAM! I was so excited about this product and even encouraged others to purchase when I 1st learned of it. Sad.

J'ai acheté cet article il y a plus de cinq ans, et je contacte le support chaque quelques mois depuis plus de trois ans maintenant. Chaque fois que j'arrive à obtenir une réponse de quelqu'un, ils m'assurent que mon article sera dans le prochain lot, et s'excusent pour le retard. Cela malgré le fait que j'ai dû traquer l'entreprise, car elle a changé de nom trois fois. C'est l'expérience la plus frustrante que j'ai jamais eue en achetant quelque chose en ligne. Au moins, les autres escrocs disparaissent simplement, mais cette entreprise continue de faire de la publicité comme si elle était légitime. Je ne leur ferais pas confiance pour me vendre même un bonbon maintenant.

I ordered in early 2019. Then it was only a deposit. Since then I was charged the full amount in 2020 and my product has STILL not been shipped.

They've also rebranded 4 or 5 times since (Le slide, slidenjoy, portabl), I'm sure as an attempt to avoid the negative feedback from not delivering on their product to hundreds of customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT.

They'll just continue to string you along blaming China or their manufacturer all the while posting pictures of their execs in person with a handful of people "delivering" their product.

They promised last year that I would get a refund and I again, never delivered on that either.

Update: The company replied to me here, send me an email asking for contact info so their CEO could contact me. That was 2 weeks ago. I provided the info. Today I sent a followup email only to find that the email no longer exists "tom@ portabl-team.com". Not sure what they are playing at here.

Update 2: Still haven't heard anything from them. But I see them continuing to have their website active, take new orders, etc. Scam artists.

Je suis extrêmement déçu, il y a plus de 7 ans maintenant j'ai commandé un produit a cette entreprise Belge, séduit par cette promesse de la portabilité portée par une innovation européenne. Fort est de constater qu'aujourd'hui malgré mes relances au support, depuis tout ce temps, je n'ai reçu de l'entreprise que des excuses, mais toujours aucun produit. Et depuis, leur gamme à changé, leur nom aussi, plusieurs fois. Pompon sur la Garonne, ils annoncent du stock sur Amazon et clament partout la disponibilité de leur produit, mais toujours des excuses et des delais pour ceux qui leur on permis de développer leur entreprise.
C'en est assez.

J'ai reçu un appel du patron, très sympathique de surcroît, pour m'annoncer, une livraison prochaine. Je croise les doigts et modifierai ma note en fonction.

J'ai reçu le produit ! Enfin haha ! Commençons par les
points positifs:
-Le systeme de slide est ingénieux, surtout sur l'écran de gauche
-Pouvoir incliner comme bon me semble les écrans à l'aide des charnières et du pied est très pratique
-Le logo lumineux derriere chaque écran en jette, bien qu'il soit moins détaillé que le logo de la marque

Points négatifs
-Il ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai commandé il y a 7 ans qui était un 17 pouces, je me retrouve avec un 13 pouces;
-La luminosité n'est pas paramètrable et est plutot faible, à vrai dire rien n'est paramètrable sur les deux écrans ce qui est bien dommage.
-L'ensemble ne respire pas la solidité, je vais devoir être très prudent lorsque je vais rentrer et sortir les écrans,

je pense que leur modèle Flip Max 15.6 me correspondrait beaucoup mieux

This is vapourware of the highest order. I backed on Kickstarter 9 years ago and all the company has ever said is "we are moving to the next stage of production, you will get yours soon". It never arrives - and I know I'm not the only one in this position.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid for it in 2019. 5 years later still not received my item.. the company is a joke and continues to feed the same excuses, we are waiting on stock. Accepted I will never receive this item and wasted over €350 that’s now too old to claim back on my credit card.

Never received the product even if it is paid.
It s obviously a scam!!
