The tablet arrived 10 days late (supposed to arrive on december 24th, arrived january 2nd) so i had to order a new one for my trip.
Now i sent back the tablet for a refund 10 days ago and they are so slow to refund me even though it's their mistake I couldn't keep it.

Bought through Best buy marketplace but definetly avoid. The customer service also sucks because they don't really care about us (he makes me repeat stuff over again, send me the same messages multiples time (like how to send a return label, even thought the package was already in transit?))

AVOID

The openbox store is a fraud. They charged the full amount for the printer and sent us a broken printer. Despite regular complaints they had not done anything about it

I would not order from this place online Unless your %100 Sure you will like the product. They don't reply to your refund email. They do not provide return shipping for the product and then will slap on a %15 restocking fee that is calculated to the cost including taxes. Rip off artists.

This is probably my first review ever, but the experience I had with Cory and this company is so terrible that I purchased a package of $800 and it agreed that its open box; when the package arrived I found out 99% came without boxes with lots of scratches.

Worse than one star if we could ---We purchased a whirlpool stainless steel four-door refrigerator from Open Box Appliance in Springdale, AR in March of 2022. The sticky note on the fridge says "NEW". we paid for the delivery and when the tenants moved in Mid-May, the fridge didn't work. We called and their tech went there to fix it. Then two weeks later, it quit working again. We called the store and got a delayed response. Then we got a text from one of the owners, saying that when their tech worked on it the first time, he said he found a mouse clogging the drain causing the compressor to overheat...therefore the WARRANTY IS VOIDED. After that we received NO RESPONSE to our calls. In fact, their tech never told the tenant (about a mouse or anything related) who was right there during the repair. It turned out that, after we contacted the Whirlpool designated repair center, they found "poor installed compressor that was replaced under warranty", with a written proof. Apparently, they sold the fridge under NEW, and hid the fact that the compressor was already replaced before selling to us! It cost us a lot of time and money ( had to get a new fridge for tenants). We are very upset with the store's dishonesty! PLEASE DO YOUR HOME WORK, EVEN IF YOU BUY FROM THEM '' NEW", DOUBLE CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER!!! Or you might get stuck with a dead refrigerator (or something else)!

So, I had just bought an s20 5g from them and it is doing very well. the price was $66 dollars more than buying a s10 plus so I had gotten a very good deal. the place used to look like they had just moved in or something then they got it refurnished and it looks like rogers now. this review is my opinion and it should have little to no impact to your choice so good luck

Returned an item that was not as described and was told that a refund would be put in my bank account within 7 days. 5 weeks later, still no refund and no one will return my calls or respond to my emails. These people are thieves.

Bought an Apple Watch and it came with a defective battery that would only hold a two-hour charge. Returned it and was told it was damaged and not under warranty. IF there was damage, that’s how it was sold. We merely tried to pair it and wore it once. I would strongly advise against buying from this seller.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 7 weeks to just refund my order when the package never showed up. The solution given was “you can order it again”. Fat chance.

They will sell you a piece of crap and when it inevitably breaks down they will have no idea how to fix it but will happily give you a bill for $$$ hundreds for all of the exploratory parts swapping they did. They had the computer for 3 weeks, never call back when they say, and everytime I call it's like starting over. Finally took the computer to a different place and it was fixed in 2 days. Save your money, time anddo not patronize the open box.

Not even for Free! I asked if they were New or Used or Refurbished the Manager Said the Box was Previously opened, that's all he Knew... Pass Pass Pass don't be Fooled on the Low ball Price's on the lost Leader's Advertised to get you in to Buy an old Model with an Old outdated operating system that has no Support from the Manufacture. Run Forest Run!!!!!

I'm so sick of these scamming businesses selling broke products. Ordered a pallet from them on liquidation.com where they sell bundles of items. I purchased a bundle of tablets and mobile phones. Out of 25 items only 5 phones worked all 13 of their tablets were not functional and only 5 of the mobile phones worked. How are these businesses getting away with robbed people with misrepresented products?. Will be contacting BBB this week

So I ordered a red xbox1 controller for about 20$ cheaper then new, so I ordered it then I read some reviews and got worried tbh. But I talked to a guy there and I said I'll give u a shot. He said if I dont like it he will help me return it. It came fast for free shipping tbh and yes it's not brand new persay but it is lol and it was "opened" b4 somewhere but it comes with everything and it works great I cant lie very happy customer

Having a dead phone compels one to find a solution as in today's world A MOBILE IS A MUST! Now, I went there for a solution only to get thugs ! They gave me temporary phone till they repair my current phone where I PAID 450$ ,this includes repair of my current phone plus the NEW TEMPORARY PHONE( which was mine to keep) ! Had I known that this is what I am going to PAY IN TOTAL (not having known the temp phone world only work 3 days), I would probably not get into the trap , cos the phone I was given only worked for 3 days n then failed completely ,after 4 days I receive a call ,that my phone is ready n that the temp phone died , they said MY ORIGINAL phone is ready n they cant replace the TEMP phone as it was A TEMP PHONE! so all in all i paid 450$ for the repair & they took away the TEMP PHONE AS IT WOULD NOT GET REPAIRED( at least I was told so!) so I GOT MY PHONE REPAIRED IN $450 !! I COULD HAVE GOT A MUCH BETTER PHONE NEW IN THAT COST .!! Thus I recomend NOT TO GO THERE AT ALL . BUNCH OF LAIRS !

Laptop Service and repair
I was very pleased with service and repair I received from OPEN BOX, at the Aspen location in Calgary. I was using an older LENOVA laptop with Windows 7 system, which is not being supported by Windows in January 2020. I had to either buy new or upgrade to new laptop. I talked to Sam at OPEN BOX at the Aspen Landing location. He was easy to talk to on the phone and said bring the laptop in and they would see if it was capable of installing an upgrade. My instore experience went very well, and I felt Sam knew a lot about computers. Went into store with old Windows 7, and 3 days later I have Windows 10 installed. His technician was very professional as well. I am a senior and I felt welcome in the store and well respected, Thank you Sam and OPEN BOX for your help and generosity you showed to this senior lady.

I ordered iPad Pro 3rd generation. On the website , they show the box and was saying it’s new.
I got product 20 days later , without the box , not new , scratched and old model not new generation.
Now I have to ship it back for refund .
This company wasted 1 month of my time for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust this company and look to purchase your product with company who will be honest with the consumers

Absolutely great service. Bought an iPad on line and it was delivered the very next day before noon. Have purchased items previously from the Coquitlam location. Great service there, too. Highly recommend.

Amazing play area! My 2.5 year old spent hours running around and playing.
