What a lovely gentleman Uzayr was. I attended for a hearing test as I have profound hearing loss in one ear and was worried about the other ear. He was thorough throughout and explained everything clearly to me. He understood my concerns and I was surprised how in depth the assessment was. Thankyou and I have recommended this service highly, especially Uzayr.

Excellent treatment by a very friendly and helpful hearing specialist. Gave me expert advice on how to ensure my ears stay as healthy as possible. The consultation room was very clean.

Ear micro suction without discomfort
On both occasions my husband and I had ear suction procedures, Uzayr Issa explained the procedure before treatment and throughout. He made us feel relaxed. He was friendly and very professional throughout. We cannot recommend Uzayr enough and will return without doubt!

Full Hearing Test
My full hearing test was conducted professionally and the audiologist explained the procedure and results in very clear terms. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to discover that my hearing, although not perfect, was not to bad. I now have a benchmark for future tests. Many thanks.

Professional yet approachable manner. Explained every procedure, and the results. Listened carefully to my comments, asked further questions for clarification. Explained results and made suggestions to maximise my experiences in everyday life.
