A lovely clean friendly place to be
A lovely clean friendly place to be. I was put at ease immediately and will keep them for my eye care . Store was not so busy that you couldn’t breathe. They had chairs so you didn’t have to stand and I feel they did not push products onto you but it was more about caring for customers. A great experience for me definitely recommend them .

Customer care amazing.
This company cares about their customers. I have visited at least 7 times in the past year and both the customer and professional care are absolutely fantastic. Today I went to pick up sunglasses, just a 5 minute job, but still made to feel welcome and that my custom was important. Very rare nowadays sadly. 100 stars.

Excellent medical staff
It is a lovely relaxing place to visit and I feel at home there so wouldn't entertain going anywhere else. Staff very friendly and helpful and things run very smoothly. It doesn't feel like a medical visit at all.
