I took my elderly Mum to see Alex at Walbanks in Holbury for a hearing test and to have new hearing aids fitted. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable and also had a lot of patience! Also Mums follow up appointment was very useful and any questions Mum asked were answered immediately. Mum is extremely happy with her new hearing aids. Thank you Alex.

Great Experience
I visited the branch in Holbury near Southampton where Alex Andrews was the man to take ear impressions/moulds to send to a 3rd party to make some in ear monitors for music performance for me. This was my first experience of having moulds made and Alex was very good at explaining what I could expect before he started and then carrying out the procedure just as explained. He also gave my hearing aid wearing husband some advice while we were there and I would definitely recommend both The Hearing Care Partnership and Alex in particular for any hearing related issues in the future.

Recently had an assessment for hearing aids. Matt was very professional and understanding and told me more about my deafness than I had ever learnt before. He explained things well and was very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you.

Excellent Care
My elderly Mum was recently fitted with hearing aids by Matt at Holbury. She was very reluctant beforehand, to accept she needed help with her hearing but during our 4 visits Matt was always kind, patient, encouraging and explained everything clearly. Mum is now happily wearing her aids and the whole family have noticed the difference in her.
