The aftercare service is really good too.

An appointment which provides satisfaction.
A good explanation regarding the procedure to be undertaken, followed by a gentle process. All results are shown with a through explanation and advice with on going care is given. The whole appointment was good and deserves promotion.

This is an excellent service and a fantastic audiologist
This is an excellent service. The audiologist was very professional and knowledgable and made me feel completely at ease. He was highly personable and his approach made the experience pleasurable rather than concerning. He showed the results on the screen and explained everything very clearly. Prior to each test he explained the process very simply and also the purpose of the test. I would recommend this service to anyone.
