Ordered a work bench - received a cheap ‘gold’ chain.
Tried contacting Tevolle but impossible!
Reported to my bank and got money back.

I ordered a work bench from their advert on Facebook. Waited a month, sent emails then got notification that the item was being delivered. It came today in a 6”x4” Jiffy bag and consisted of a cheap rolled gold neck chain with half moon pendant.

I ordered a treadmill over a mth ago its arriving date has well passed ive contacted them 5 times .. NO response nothing I have heard nothing and looks like ive no treadmill and lost my money .. please do not use this company

I ordered a treadmill on the 6th of July and now the link and the order says something went wrong, It wont open, I really feel I have been scammed and i don't know how to claim £60 back. Can anyone who has successfully got a refund tell me how they did it.

Order arrived today and the 'treadmill' was actually a cheap gold chain with half moon pendant on it. SCAM😡

Ordered treadmill nearly 3 weeks ago, didnt arrive and website has vanished and emails are being ignored. Just disputed the transaction with my bank and it popped up saying it was a recurring card payment so they plan to keep taking money from your account!! Check your banks people.

I ordered one product which was to be delivered in 5 working days today is the 20 day still not received and I sent emails and these people's are not responding
I suggest everyone not to order any thing from them I don't know if I will get my money back

No delivery of king R2 treadmill and no correspondence from the company. I tried to contact them but kept getting a 'Tevolle refused to connect ' message.

This is a scam…. I am a victim. I was just scam by this company, tracking number not working nothing works.

Have to agree with everyone else's reviews, tracking as now disappeared and no response from my emails.
Again with all these reviews, why is this company allowed to scam everyone? Hoping I may get some money back from my bank but not holding my breathe.

Biggest scam and I fell for it. Ordered a work bench and a little chain arrived. I had already realised it was a scam.

Prefer to give no star. I also stupidly, ordered a large item, was told how to track the order and see when it would be delivered, what was eventually delivered was a cheap gold coloured chain of some sort. I have messaged several times requesting a refund and keep being told by “Joe” that my order was on the way. Just scammers, warn anyone not to buy from them.

I ordered the treadmill and the same thing has happened got a tracking number and now the site is unavailable, I assume my money and product have been lost, but my question is as they are a scam company how are they allowed to advertise on Instagram??? surely they would need to be checked out, am very disappointed and wish that I had read the reviews before placing an order, will not be buying anything on Instagram in the future.

When is somebody going to do something about this company

I ordered the foldable walking pad and was sent fake gold jewellerys'. The website is no longer working and I can't get a hold of them. BEWARE OF THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I saw an advert on FB for a cordless pole and mini saw, took a chance and ordered it. Tracker number said it was with the carrier but waited another week and it won’t let me go in to track it now. It’s all a SCAM.

Thieves what a scam tbh my own fault for falling for it ordered item never got delivered the order has now gone off their website.
I can't access the order number site is down I bet the owners of this site are laughing all the way to the bank
