SCAM. I ordered a treadmill walking pad for £53 around August time. To this day nothing has turned up. I didn't even get the cheap chain that others appear to have got. I saw it on IG and using their link, ( I know, im an idiot) I bought it through the "shop" app. I had to despute it with my bank but they told me to try contacting the company first. I emailed them several times, no reply. Ive been checking their website and it no longer works. The bank never did get my money back.

I'm absolutely furious, my bank refunded me for this scam but have now taken the money back saying the merchant has closed the dispute. These people need reporting to trading standards!

I ordered s flower stand and their website is no longer opening. They have not replied my mail. It feels like scam

Ordered a toaster never received according to them it was delivered on 15th June no explanation would never purchase from them again and should be banned from advertising on facebook

Never received the item . Wouldn’t reply to emails

Ordered work bench 2nd July and no delivery and no acknowledgement of 5 e-mails.
Looks like i have been scammed.

Sent off over a month ago still no signs of the table ..its a scam don't buy .

Why when scammers like Tevolle are advertising on Facebook and promoting products for sale are Facebook not liable.

I unfortunately bought a mirror 4 weeks ago now,
The delivery company claims they tried to deliver it(once) on a day I was home and they said no one was home.. how?
Anyways tried to resolve it but lol jokes on me I guess.
I have sent no less than 5 emails and none of them have been answered. So that means no refund either..

Tevolle, utter scam waited 4 weeks for pole chain saw and received cheap gold plate chain. Tracking number associated with the chain saw was in fact linked to the worthless gold plated chain.

Total scam. Ordered and paid for book shelf, never received, no refund just lies from a person offering to solve the problem. SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Like everyone else, I have discovered to my cost that this is a scam site. The website has now been taken down. Ordered a couple of workbenches and paid out £57.35. Received the fake gold necklace with a thin sun and moon pendant on like other reviewers have said they did, but no goods. Will now have to contact the bank and hope I can get my money refund.

ordered the folding workbench and never received anything lost my money. The website has disappeared and no reply from customer services. Raised a dispute with my bank that will take 4 months to investigate

I ordered a running machine on 27th june 25 and received on 18th july 25 2 cheap necklaces worth about 1 pound i am reporting it to the bank for fraud I've sent emails but no reply

Been waiting nearly weeks for my order email are getting ignored and website down DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Just like all the others, received fake gold necklace worth about 10p if that. They try to be smart and send in a tracked padded envelope so they have proof of delivery. Have reported to bank and police for fraud with all evidence. Bank have refunded my original transaction. Let's hope these fraudsters get served karma for all the people they have ripped off.

They send something small and cheap so they can claim the item was delivered.

I want to warn others about my negative experience with Tevolle. I engaged with them on 1st July for Cordless Pole Saw & Mini Chainsaw 2 in 1 × 1 for £30.

Initially, they seemed legitimate but after making a payment of £30, they failed to deliver the promised product. Today nearly 3 weeks after making my payment I received a cheap gold chain with half moon pendant on it 😡 Be careful. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Furthermore, their communication was inconsistent and I suspect they are only interested in taking money without providing any real value or service. I have also read similar complaints online from other victims.

I recommend others be cautious and avoid doing business with Tevolle. If you have been scammed by them, I suggest reporting the incident to local authorities, consumer protection agencies and online review platforms to help prevent others from falling victim.

ordered a king r2 treadmill, like others the links stopped working, delivered today was two gold chains instead that aren't even real gold!! on phone to my bank now!
