I ordered a pair of flip flops Size 5 which were unfortunately a tad too small for my wide feet. Exchanged them for one size up and they arrived today. Service is excellent.
New flip flops are perfect.

Unfortunately, left upside down, in the full recycling bin, with no information that it was in there. No note, nothing on the email. Would have been lost if a passing friend had not seen where the parcel was placed.

Sandals bought to replace ancient pair. The footbed doesn't feel as nice as the old pair did and the instep feels a bit lower than the very old ones had, but it could be my imagination. They're comfy enough for me to keep them and see how they go!

The sandals look great. Have got them for the Summer as I have painful feet and they fit just right.

Love TEVA. Wear them all spring, summer and early fall. Good for walking, job and bathing.

Got my first pair in 1992 -they lasted 16 years! Nowadays I have to get s new pair around every 2-3 years. But I hang in 👍👌😜

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. According to UPS, my order was marked as delivered today, but I have not received anything. No package, no delivery attempt, no notice left. I expect TEVA and/or UPS to investigate this matter as soon as possible and provide a solution, whether that is locating the package or arranging a replacement or refund. ORDER NUMBER: EU13764377

It was easy to look up previous orders on Teva website and to reorder. The sandals came very quickly.

Teva doit changer de livreur, zéro pointé pour UPS . Soi disant qu’il n’a pas pu me livrer à domicile or j’étais toute la journée chez moi. Il a remis le paquet à un point de livraison UPS ( 1h A\R pour y aller ) , j’ai rencontré d’autres personnes livrées avec UPS , ils ont eu la même expérience que moi . Pas de problème avec les sandales Teva mais je ne commanderais plus en ligne .

I purchased a pair of shoes, order USTV00067377, and due to an error the package was shipped to an incorrect address. The address does not include a house number, only the street name, and on top of that it is an old address since I recently moved out of that state.

I tried contacting the store before the shipment was processed, but it was not possible to cancel the order or update the address. I was told that once the shipment was assigned to the carrier, I could change the address directly through them. I waited one day, and once I saw that the package had been assigned to FedEx, I called them as instructed, both by phone and through chat. However, it was impossible to make any changes because FedEx only allows the shipper—not the recipient—to change the delivery address.

We even had a conference call with both the store and FedEx at the same time, and for security reasons FedEx asked for the FedEx account number. The customer service representative did not have that information. In the end, nothing could be done, and from what I can see, I am going to lose my money.
