Great website - Horrible shipping choices
Everything was great until you find out they ship only FedEx and it's $21 to ship a .3 oz Dial indicator lense. What's wrong with USPS for some items?
shipping was outrages
Falsely claimed to have inventory they didn't stock.
Their inventory management system claimed to have ample stock of items that they didn't actually have. Only after the purchase was complete did they send a message (on their internal system, the email itself gave no indication) that the items were backordered for 6 months. If it had been a mistaken entry, or the item had just sold out I would be understanding, but further checking made it clear that they just entered "10 items in stock" for inventory they didn't actually have (I presume it is intended to be drop shipped from the original supplier.) They refunded fairly quickly, so 2 stars, but I will never buy from them again.
Restock fee
$120 or so for a restock fee of some little tiny screw jacks was a little bit absurd but if that's the way you do business so be it.
The mistake was mine forever buying your product I did not pay attention to the specs.

positive thing was that they always answered my e-mails , but unfortunately
it did not have any effect on the shipment .
and they promised "free shipping" but i was not "approved" after payment .
i would seriously re-think before reordering even tough the result was acceptable but very late .
Not bad, also not stellar.
The website is kind of hard to navigate. It's easy to find the category you're looking for, but harder to find the exact thing. Also, I was sent an email saying that the product I ordered was in stock but had a 5 day lead time for shipping, which is unfortunate, because I need them sooner than I'm going to receive them. Prices are good, the people are friendly, and they have a really good selection of products.

Communication from testequipmentusa is pretty terrible. But they sure want these ratings before they even ship product. I have been waiting 10 days for them to ship something that was in stock. I don’t expect to receive the product at all at this point.
easy shopping, excessive shipping
Once I was able to find you by having the Mitutoyo part number shopping was easy. I still can't believe shipping was more than $18 for something smaller than a match book.

Where is my purchase
I keep getting reviews for the product I haven’t even received yet. Honestly I haven’t even received an email saying it shipped and it’s been almost 2 weeks
