Great experience overall. They offer quality products at very reasonable prices. The ordering process, including POs and invoices, was straightforward and easy to manage. Delivery was also fast and reliable.

I placed and order for 2 foot rests, received 1. Called customer service, was told they would look into the issue. Never heard anything from them. Reached out again after holiday rush and now they tell me it was a order from 2025, there nothing they can do. So this company likes to take customers money, not fulfill complete order and just say theres nothing they can do!!!!

When I called about information on a ground fault detection indicator, the girl I talked to was very helpful. Invoice 1803967. I paid for second day air, but did not get it until 4 days later. When I went to install the device, one of the terminal block screws was stripped out. I managed to fix it myself. I believe I was sent a returned item.

Needed a special hydraulic pump from SKF. They had the best price and I had it in in time for my repair.

They do not have items in stock they dropship and when you have a return for a defective item they want you to send it back to them so they can send it to the manufacturer before they will issue a refund. I did not buy fromt the manufacturer I bought it from tequipment they should do the refund.
Terrible Shipping
They keep moving the goal post for shipping just because they do not pay the manufacturer. I waited and waited and did not get my product, contacted the manufacturer directly and they said they had not been paid by them so they could ship.
Avoid at all costs
So i placed an order on Tuesday after verifying that the main components were available (fluke 87, and one reference cell). I was informed that the order would be processed and shipped the next day. I paid for 2 day shipping expecting it by Friday or Saturday at the latest. FedEx didnt receive the items until Thursday and they they were told it was for weekday delivery only. So instead of getting my items before Monday when they were need, hence the two day shipping, they will be here Monday sometime during the day, while im at work, where I needed the items. See where this is going. When I asked about the shipping I was told they dont work on the weekends so they put weekday delivery only on the instructions for fedex. I still fail to see why they have to be at work in Jersey for FedEx to deliver a package to me in Texas on a Saturday. So dont expect anything quick and dont waste your time paying for extra shipping when its still going to be a week before you get anything. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I placed the order. It went smoothly. Somewhere in the procsess I was given an expected receive date. The package was received sooner! Packaging was good and the product works well!
Fraudulent behavior and zero accountability
Same experience here. TEquipment took my payment, stayed silent for days, and then refused cancellation citing hidden NCNR terms. Their response is always “waiting on vendor” or “we apologize,” but they never take real responsibility. This is not customer service — it’s deflection. Be warned.

Terrible customer support I placed 3 orders from them, they cancelled I’ll of the orders, they just listed products they don’t have in stock, wasted so much of my time I wish I ordered from the other store in first place!!! Worst experience ever…

Order B233240 – Extremely Disappointed, Borderline Scam
We ordered a product from TE-Equipment under Order #B233240, expecting it to be functional and up to date. Instead, what we received was completely useless — the product had last been calibrated in 2022 and was effectively obsolete for our needs.
We immediately contacted the company for a refund, following their own stated refund policy. To our shock, they withheld over $12,000 as a so-called “restocking fee” (20% of the purchase price). This is outrageous and, in our opinion, a clear sign of unethical business practices.
Charging such an excessive fee for a defective, outdated product is unacceptable. We see this as a predatory tactic to profit from customers rather than provide honest service.
We are currently preparing to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to escalate this matter and warn others before they make the same costly mistake.
Avoid TE-Equipment at all costs — their refund process is designed to punish customers rather than help them.

These guys are thieves
These guys are thieves ! They took advantage of my situation and stole hundreds of dollars charging my card. I was a customer outside of the US and I wanted to make a purchase online. They stated it wasn't an issue but they wanted to charge the card to see that it wasn't fraudulent. They charged the total amount of the desired purchase and said that the charge should return. It did not ! After verifying the card they charged again the total amount to complete the purchase. I was charged twice for the products !!! I would totally sue them for mal practices if I wasn't offshore. If you wanted to verify the card you could've just charged 1 dollar ! I had to suffer the ordeal as an expat living in another country trying to work and these thieves steal my hard earned money. NO BUISNESS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH THEM.
