I need this item and it has not shipped yet
It’s been three weeks since I purchased it
When I placed my order
When I placed my order, the site indicated all the items were "in stock". 2 days after placing the order they chanced the "order status" to pending. After almost a week, I called to learn what was going on. The person I spoke with said one of the items would not be available until September which is 4 months from the time of this writing.
They haven't bothered to send the other items on the order either.

Worst ever experience I Had
Worst ever experience I Had. They charge me and did not sent order until I have call them. Explanation was because my email is Gmail not a company email. Then finally after 7 days they change status of the package. I ask to provide a tracking number, nothing. Till now waiting for the tracking number. Already day 8th passing. I ask them I need thin package urgent and ready to pay extra to get asap overnight or whatever. No reply and no confirmation. Crazy. People…

Bait and switched me
Bait and switched me. Paid $283.53 for item listed at that price, then got a call from their staff that they had mistakenly put the wrong price online and would be charging more money. I demanded a refund, but they hung up on me. They did not honor their price and they have not refunded my money.
Horrible customer service
I purchased a light meter from them, paid for expedited 2-day delivery, and a week later they told me that the product was out of stock and that it would take me at least 4 weeks to receive it. I asked them to cancel the order so they processed a refund, but 4 weeks after I received the item. Now they want me to drive 50 miles to bring the product somewhere and when I asked the lady who called me to pick it up at my place she yelled at me and hung up. Worst customer service ever.
Complete SCAM
Well where do I start.
1. You took my money as you had part in stock.
2. Then you said it shipped
3. Then you said awaiting product.
4. All this while I was contacting and asking for an update until finally I requested my $$ back
Don't order from them
Placed an order, paid for express shipping, waited over 4 weeks (meanwhile I had called and emailed them with no response) then they emailed and said the part I had ordered was out of stock so they were refunding me

This was the second time trying to order something from Test Equipment USA. Their website says parts are in stock. After ordering they reply saying they don't sell that brand. Their website needs updated.
