The items I received were not exactly what I ordered. Rather, an apparently updated version. I was specifically looking for duplicates of the exact item I already have, which would make qualification simpler in my quality system. The product listing clearly stated a specific model number and I received a similar product with a different model number.

Additionally, there was a banner on the site advertising free shipping above a certain threshold. Despite my order being $50 above the threshold, I could find no way to take advantage of the offer. So I paid for the shipping which was fairly pricey ($28 for a small 2lb box).

Would not honor their posted sale price and cancelled my order. Purchased the same items elsewhere for less money, so a win for me.

They had items I could not find elsewhere but $20 was the cheapest shipping option for an order that weighed a few ounces. Automatically created an "account" I don't want.

You offer a product and after I paid for it, you write me a email cancelled my order. you must have updated your web in order to avoid client loose their time !!

Price went up after payment went thru.

My order was refunded in full. And I was told via email that the price had gone up. After I paid for the items at the price that was listed.
Money isn't the issue. The order was completely cancelled and we've lost days on an important project.

I ordered an AC adaptor for a Tesa-Hite gage. $98 while competitive to other vendors is outrageous for a wall adaptor. So after paying this amount, it took them almost 7 days to even print a label to ship it. I had to call them to get the item shipped and according to the helpful representative (She is the only reason it is 2 stars instead of one) it was supposed to have shipped the day before.

Needed test equipment in stock and ordering was a breeze

I was able to find, order and pay for an item that was discontinued. And then it took a few days to get the cancellation.

Most places show the product I wanted as on backorder. I ordered from these people because they were supposedly in stock. A couple of days later I am told it is on backorder. Now they have my money and I'm waiting two months or more for the item.

If you have items on your website to sell, you need to sell them. Not come back and say you dont sell those items.

Absolutely the worst customer login dialogue/ password management.
Based on this ridiculousness alone, I’d give Zero stars if it was an option.

You had the Starrett 66TS feeler gauge set in stock.
I am tired of everyone wanting to give me a quote when I need a price and a tool - or else the item is back ordered because they don't believe in keeping inventory. Your company obviously believes in stocking inventory, so I voted for you with my wallet. Thank you.

Ease of finding and ordering the product online. Generally, a quick delivery.

Did not have any information on when I would receive my items after a couple unanswered emails they finally started to come in one at a time paid 23 dollars to have three separate envelopes with items that weighed several grams each . It would have been helpful to know that I would be receiving what I needed three weeks later than anticipated when it’s something I was In need of for work . Still waiting on a part to arrive that has shown shipped on their website 12 days prior . Will use another company in the future.
