Ho ordinato due paia di Nike AirMax CDG poiché non ero sicuro della taglia. Ho ordinato le scarpe dalla Danimarca e gia 26 ore dopo ho avuto le scarpe. Ne ho rispedito immediatamente un paio, ma avevo bisogno di aiuto perché non riuscivo a trovare l'etichetta di reso. Ho scritto un'e-mail a Tessabit.com e ho ricevuto un aiuto amichevole in pochi minuti. Il denaro viene restituito al mio conto dopo 5 giorni. Servizio fantastico! Grazie Tessabit!

Ho ordinato una cintura Salvatore Ferragamo sul sito nella foto l articolo presentava l interno nero e tutta la fibbia grigia quando mi è arrivato l interno era cuoio e la fibbia aveva il centro argento e l esterno grigio insomma un altro prodotto !quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto di aver ordinato un altro codice è in effetti nella conferma dell ordine la cintura era l altra con tanto di scortesia massima mi ha liquidato dicendo di fare il reso 😂controllate bene l ordine nell e mail di conferma perché le foto sul sito non sono fedeli

Ci dispiace molto leggere che hai trovato il nostro Servizio Clienti scortese.
Le colleghe, in chat e su Whatsapp, ti hanno confermato di aver ordinato tu stessa con il primo ordine la cintura Salvatore Ferragamo nera, con interno cuoio.
Ci hai contattato, dopo aver ricevuto la prima cintura in taglia 115 cm in quanto avevi ordinato la taglia errata e necessitavi di assistenza con il reso.
Ti abbiamo aiutato con il reso e le colleghe ti hanno inoltrato il link al nostro sito, della stessa identica cintura con interno in cuoio e esterno nero nella taglia più piccola (105 cm).
In data odierna abbiamo anche emesso il rimborso per il reso della taglia 115 cm - ti confermiamo, di nuovo, che anche questa ha l'interno cuoio e l'esterno nero.
Ci dispiace, come anche confermato via Whatsapp, che la cintura ricevuta non sia quella attesa - le foto sul nostro sito sono però state correttamente inserite e i dettagli della cintura sono ben visibili.
Anche oggi, dopo averci contattato comunicandoci di aver ricevuto la cintura "errata", ti abbiamo ricordato che il reso è gratuito e che avresti quindi potuto nuovamente rendere la cintura se incorretti. Non è nel nostro stile essere scortesi.
Inoltre, siamo soliti riconoscere e rimediare per i nostri errori - ti confermiamo però di nuovo che questo non è il caso.
Hai ricevuto due volte la cintura nera con interno cuoio, in quanto è stata ordinata due volte.
Rimaniamo sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore dubbio o necessità!

I ordered a pair of very expensive shoes from Tessabit via Yoox. The shoes I received were not as described on the website. I contacted them 3 times already. Four days have passed since I first contacted them, still no reply from Tessabit. Do not recommend it to anyone.
