Ordino una borsa zanellato in data 8 gennaio 2023 con sconto del 30%. Dopo ben cinque giorni il servizio clienti si degna di mandare una mail dicendo che il prodotto era terminato. Il prodotto non era terminato, era stato rimesso disponibile online a prezzo pieno senza sconto.

I ordered some trainers with a 2-3 day delivery. Received confirmation and payment was taken. I have not received the trainers or a tracking number and we are about 9 days after I ordered. I have contacted the customer service but got no response.

I stumble across it because it had my favourite off-white piece for the best price so I gave it a shot.
Needlessly to say, this has been my best fashion shopping experience ever, I've shopped at Ssense, farfetch, end & italist before & non has shipped as quick as Tessabit, I'm located in Singapore & the product has shipped to my doorstep in less than 48 hours after placing the order. 😍

Avoid! Dodgy - Price Change After Order
Avoid this website at all costs.
Ordered a product at £140 - I get a WhatsApp message from their team that says:
"We are really sorry, but the correct price is £850 instead of £150. If you are still interested in it, we can explain you how to pay the missing amount; otherwise, we will cancel the order and refund the transaction."
Extremely dodgy... I even sent them screenshots of the same product on other websites and not even one website (including the original brand) was charging over £590 for this product. Pretty poor customer service and the website still shows the price at £140 right now.
I have asked for a refund and I am yet to hear back.
Unsure what kind of service this is, but I would not use this again.

You contacted us today via Whatsapp to have further information about the purchased item and therefore, we replied there.
Unfortunately we confirmed you that due to a technical issue, the price of the hoodie that you ordered was wrongly reduced - as much as we wouldn't like to, these inconveniences might happen sometimes.
This is why we also indicate our Terms and Conditions for these scenarios. You can find them below but they have also been sent to you via Whatsapp:

Our competent Team is always extra careful and we check daily the accuracy of the prices indicated on the website.
If the prices on the website happen to be incorrect, as in your case, Tessabit will block the order and offer the opportunity to purchase any other product at the already price paid or to purchase the same product at the correct price, as we did today.
It is true that you sent us a screenshot but as explained, all the hoodies on the screenshot you sent are different from the one you purchased and you have not sent a screenshot of the same hoodie, unfortunately - you'd agree with us that different models might have different prices.
As confirmed, the hoodie you bought from us for the incorrect price is from the Fall Winter 2021 collection and is no longer available on other websites nor in the Brand's website - we also confirm that we are official retailers of the highest luxury Brands since 1953 and that we refer to the official Brand's pricing lists, which we need to stick to.
Furthermore, as soon as you asked us to refund you we immediately refunded you the full amount on the same payment method that you used to place the order.
We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the quality of our service, we always do our best to satisfy our Customers and we are sad that this happened directly to you.
Our Customer Service is always at disposal for any further assistance you might require.
