I called to order a switch for my blower fan on 12/26/24 and received it on 12/28/24! I was surprised how quickly it was delivered! Very happy with the service and the person I talked to was awesome! Thanks again!

RUN FROM THIS FIRM LIKE IT IS THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!
THIS COMPANY'S ETHICS ARE DISGUISTING!
They sold me a broken infrared camera, they wanted me to talk to the manufacturer of the camera to troubleshoot and fix it. I told them that is not my responsibility, and I just don't want the camera any more especially since it is broken. I asked for a return label, and they refused to give me a return label. THE COMPANY HAS ZERO ETHICS AND SELLS BROKEN EQUIPTMENT.

I ordered a model from this company and the next day I was told the item was discontinued. 24 to 48 hours for a refund. 6 days later, no refund, so I called. My account was quickly accessed, but I was put on hold for quite a while. Then I was told 7 to 10 days for a refund. I'm still waiting.

The company is easy to work with and the products are awesome.

I purchased an order over the phone for $199
I got the charge for $297! Plus wrong item. I called and emailed them to stop the order. Wrong item by them!
They shipped it anyway. I took 10 days to get a return call tag. 15 phone calls! Got the tag, returned it and proof of return. It took another 2 weeks to get my refund after another 10 calls! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!

Long standing vendor however beginning of the year moved the goalposts. Constantly blaming "new ownership" and also gave the run around stating it was their "Bot" declining PO's & Quotes.
To say we have been let down would be a massive understatement considering how much business we provided Tequipment over the years

There were multiple issues with this order from the start. After receiving an order confirmation on 6/20/24, I received no further communications. No ship notice, or any contemporaneous tracking.
When I did reach out by email on 7/4 to let them know I didn't receive tracking, or the item, I received no apology for these failures, just a form email with an invoice attached. When I did the research they apparently didn't care to do, I discovered there were no tracking updates for 10 days! In addition, not only didn't they update the PayPal transaction with the tracking info, but they did not add my email to the shipment to assure I received tracking updates.
Two more requests for them to check with UPS on delivery resulted in nothing but deflection and excuses, no offer to assist at all! They actually made the bizarre claim that they couldn't do anything because I didn't request a signature! I have been a Preferred UPS Account holder for 30 years and I have never heard such a ridiculous attempt to avoid due diligence for the customer!
Do not expect anyone to help, or even care, if there is an issue with your Tequipment order. This is a low integrity company that has serious issues with prioritizing customer satisfaction, STAY AWAY!

Beyond Expectations!
I experienced the most personal service and faster shipping than expected. With one phone call, I received help locating the voltmeter I was shopping for and was able to order over the phone. Each step of the shipping process was relayed to me via e-mail. I will certainly do business with Tequipment again!

Says in stock 2 weeks later I hadn’t received the product purchased. They said it would ship in another 2 weeks. BS.

Their website most all the time says in stock when the part is not. I reached out to them and they said it had to come from enerpac and would be at least another week before it would ship.
Stay far away from these folks as you possibly can!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this group. Order was placed on the 18th of April. Product still hasn't shipped. I think these guys love lying to the consumer

Great service headache free. Smooth operation.

I had no problems buying a WP80 soldering hand tool. The sales staff handled my order quickly and efficiently, I received the item within a few days....it worked just fine.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and still no shipping confirmation. Every week they push back the estimated delivery date. They are telling me that they are working hard trying to get the manufacturer to ship my order as soon as possible. I requested cancellation and refund and was told that the order is non-cancellable. Do yourself a favor - stay away from this business!

I've been lied to for 3 months now...
My order was suppose to ship on certain dates every time i call in and no shipment was made!!
Every time i called there's an excuse for why my soldering iron didn't ship!!
Now the excuse is the vendor doesnt have the soldering iron which is a lie!!
Tequipment showed it on their website as in stock and available and now still no shipment!!
It's one excuse after another so this morning 4-1-24 i told them to cancel my order and i'll find it elsewhere!!
Stay away from tequipment!!

Prices are great. Ships fairly quickly (not always same day so don't count on it)

My problems begin when I wanted to cancel an order. They said they couldn't cancel and to go through the RMA process.

Now, 7 days later, I'm still waiting on an RMA authorization to return the item!

Additionally, I ordered another piece of equipment. It arrived and I had found that it had already been opened and used. There were items in the box that were not supposed to be there.

Now I need to painfully wait to return this one as well as who knows what's wrong with it.

Hopefully you have better luck than me!
