Shaida and zanko We’re amazing and lovely
Took only 3 hours to clean my entire house
Was amazed to see the difference
Would surely recommend them to anyone

Amazing job, really punctual, professional and friendly too! Highly recommended

Great experience, so easy to book. I could pick date and time and got confirmation straight away that a cleaner will be there at that time. On day of cleaning she was in touch to give her exact ETA. She was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Even the letting agents were impressed with how clean the property is. Will definitely use this company again for future, and have already recommended to my letting agent. Thanks

Amazing professional job done by Nesh and team. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from these guy. The cleaner was pleasant and did a great job. There was a minor issue which was dealt quickly. Can’t fault and will be using these company again. Thank you once again.

Lovely people, good service

A very pleasant experience using Tenancy.Cleaning at the end of my tenancy. I was given a discount after initial booking, I was kept informed about who is going to provide the service, I was called and informed about the time when the staff are going to arrive.
I was pleasantly impressed by Mike's team, they have left the house spot on, I cannot thank them enough. They were polite, have done exactly what I was asking and handed over a perfectly clean house. Thank you 🤝

I am very thankful to Simona’s team for my end of tenancy cleaning. The job was done fantastically well, and they were very punctual. Simona paid attention to details and put in a lot of hard work.

Very happy with the service, easy to book and place was spotless after they worked on it. We had agreed on a quote beforehand and Nesh and team went above and beyond to ensure that everything on it was satisfied :)

I used Tenancy cleaning for my end of property clean and was really impressed by the service. Ali arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a deep property clean at competitive prices! :)

Fantastic end of tenancy clean by Tenancy Cleaning. The booking process was easy and I recieved a detailed list of the work they would do. It covered everything I needed. After the landlord had inspected I was emailed to say he was very pleased with how clean the house had been left. I had to trust that they would do a good job as I couldn't be there myself. So pleased they didn't let me down. Price was good and worth every penny not to have to do it myself.
A huge thankyou to the team. Highly recommend Tenancy Cleaning. Thankyou.

Excellent service from Neesh’s team. Thorough, diligent and timely. They were super friendly and did an amazing job with the cleaning

I cannot recommend Tenancy Cleaning Nationwide Ltd highly enough! Abel and the team went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process.

The standard of cleaning was exceptional — every detail was taken care of, and the property looked spotless by the time they finished. It’s clear they take real pride in their work, and their attention to detail was outstanding.

Thank you again to Abel and the whole team for doing such an incredible job. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service!

Nice team. Came early which was nice.
Thorough and if unable to clean a certain spot, they explained reasoning (e.g. needing to disassemble parts). Polite.
Would give 4.5 so, just rounding up to 5. The only downside is that it was quite pricey, but for every now and then, I would recommend for a deep clean.

Shaida and Zanko cleaned our property today to a high standard. Second time using this service. All good on our side. We will see if our deposit comes back. :)

Edit1: Sadly had to change this review as my tenacy deposit is likely to be impacted as they have picked up on cleaning issues.

We paid for extractor fan cleaning. Our checkout report advises "Requires cleaning" indicating it was not done.

We paid for deepclean of carpets in all areas and and its come back "appears vacuumed only" among areas having "debris". Window Seal has noted spores to crevices.

So whilst I can understand checkout agents can be picky, if it was one or two things I'd understand but sadly this is not the case. Whilst I also understand carpets can not be guaranteed clean when its mentions no cleaning. It makes you wonder.

Shaida and Zenko were very polite, professional, thorough and efficient. They arrived on time. They had all the right equipment. They paid attention to detail and did a perfect job. I have no complaints. I was happy with the service and would recommend to others.

Nesh team are amazing. Flat extremely clean and very efficient. Thank you

Had a great experience. Abubakr was really nice & helpful. He worked really hard.
Highly recommended.
