They told me to stay at home the hole day because one team will came to resolve the problem (90099917/31.07.2021)and.........nothing! I lost 1 day because Telekom can't manage it's problems. And there are a lot of problems ! Avoid them !

This is Internet provider is garbage because I should have 800 Mbps but I only have 2 Mbps

Telekom Romania is the most awful telecommunication company in Romania, actually maybe in the world

They are adding much more than I have to pay monthly (each month) with no explanation, till I changed my provider and I went with another one, even now after almost 6 months I still receive bills that I have to pay also with no explanation, and I can't do anything about it, cause they are extremely hard to reach and even when you talk to there employees you don't reach to any good things

Bottom line, they are really theves

Site foarte prost la fel ca și aplicațiile.
Nu recomand Chromecast de la Telekom.

Am avut abonament pentru mobil, iar cand contractul meu a expirat, acestia mi-au prelungit abonamentul pe 2 ani fara acordul meu. Facturile nu mai veneau acasa, iar intr-o zi m-am "trezit" cu un mesaj de la kruk( firma de recuperari), cum ca am de platit o restanta de aproape 400 de lei, in conditiile in care, atata timp cat am fost clientul lor, am platit facturile lunar. Nu recomand!

They are a s h I t t y company and they shouldn't even be allowed to exist. the word customer service I have ever seen. I'm trying to end a contract for TV I had with them and I am literally forced to run around town to return their devices. They only have 4 places where you can return their devices and you only learn about this when you go to a Telekom shop. I will NEVER buy anything from this company, EVER!!!

The worst internet for the price dont bother with them

nu recomand absolut deloc...dupa sfarsitul perioadei contractuale am decis sa sa renunt la abonament,lucru ce nu a fost deloc usor cu ei,mai ales daca esti in strainatate.am platit inca vreo 4 luni fara sa beneficiez de servicii.si inca o plata pentru cardurile telekom.clar nu recomand...stati departe

Mă simt hărțuita de Telekom că am probleme cu internetul la priza, din data de 19 Aprilie NU AM DELOC internet, refuza să îmi rezilieze contractul și am fost nevoita sa fac 3 plângeri despre 3 agenții diferiți întrucât sunt extraordinar de tupeisti, lipsiți de respect, țipă la mine, mă întrerup continuu, închid convorbirea când au chef... Ceva nemaintalnit!!! NU EXISTA CEVA MAI GROTESC!!!l Efectiv mi-e scârbă mie sa mai interacționez cu ei că sunt de cea mai joasă speță!!! Ultimul mă sună să îmi spună că lui îi merge bine internetul deci în judecata lui de 2 bani e ok că eu platesc un serviciu de care nu beneficiazca El are net deci eu trebuie sa fiu .... Fericita?! Deci, abereaza non -stop! Vorbesc fara logical parca nu au deloc scoala sau pic de judecata.... Ce zice e lipsit de sens si nu rezolva nimic....
Le am zis foarte clar intervalul orar in care pot fi contactata dar ei suna când au ei chef. Lipsa totala de respect in continuu!!!
Ramane sa contactez Protectia Consumatorilor ca nu vor efectiv sa evolueze specimenele astea!!!

Super neprofesionisti cei de la Telekom Parkalek! Am venit prima zi si le am spus ca am o problema cu abonamentul si necesit sa imi schimb cartela, apoi ei fara sa se uite daca mai sunt si alte probleme au refuzat sa ma ajute si m-au pus sa vin a doua zi cu imputernicire de la adminul contului, a doua zi sa aflu ca nici macar nu aveam nevoie de imputernicirea dupa care m-au trimis si ca de fapt era alta problema. In fine, mi-au dat alt sim si acum mi-au taiat semnalul de la cel vechi si pentru simul nou nu mi-au dat nici un cod pin, sa nu mai zic ca nici macar nu m -au ajutat sa imi pun noua cartela in telefon. Iar acum nu raspunde NIMENI de la Telekom la telefon pentru a-mi putea afla pinul si a-mi putea folosi cartela. Never again Telekom!

Do not make any contract with this screwing company. They will increase your contract with or without any warning. Happened twice, few years ago and now again. So this is their politics, wasn't just a mistake. In last 4 months they raised the contract twice. One time letting me know and one time I had to discover that I pay more. Third time I will not have a contract with these screwing company and I hope they will run out of business

Very Expensive for the quality of their service

Bad customer service.no reply.long time for waiting.i must say that i am client of telekom since the begging of their arrival in this country.and before it was Romtelecom.

Semnal foarte slab sau inexistent, nu recomand, servicii de slaba calitate

Extremely lousy customer service, stayed on the phone for 25 minutes, bounced between 3 departments to receive the final conclusion that they can't do anything to improve the connection.

Worst internet services I have seen in my life, Ive been constantly having issues weekly. If you are thinking of using these guys, don't do it.

Worst experience ever... They just don't care about their clients... even the old ones.
I took a card for extra net because the internet was bad and slow. After some time I decided to cancel my subscription to them because they always added extra fees to me. That card for extra net remained valid even if I was no longer in their network and they made me pay taxes in vain.. Also, I had to call them to solve this and guess what? solve nothing and again i had to pay another fee: They charge you extra for calling them!

for an unpaid invoice, but the receivables did not contact me by email, and they went to a recovery company disclosing personal data, they have my deep disregard
