Am cerut portarea din alta retea, mi s-a oferit un numar nou, am cerut anularea si trimiterea cartelei cu numarul portat, nu mi s-a mai trimis nimic. Operatorul mi-a confirmat ca anularea nu presupune costuri pentru mine. Dupa o luna ma trezesc cu un mesaj ca am restanta 27 de lei si ca se vor face demersurile legale pentru a colecta banii. Refuza sa imi comunice pentru ce s-a emis factura. De evitat, practici mizerabile.

Rețea de tot rahatul!! Nu au semnal nici măcar în oraș. Am făcut o mare greșeală să mi fac abonament la Telecom…acum nu reușesc să reziliez contractul. Nu pot folosi telefonul din lipsa semnalului și Telecom vrea 1000 de lei pentru reziliere!!!! Evitați Telecom ul!!! Sunt câteva zone în orașul Galați pe care le frecventez unde telefonul rămâne fără semnal. In magazinele din zonă angajații spun ca acele zone nu sunt acoperite ….la 1234 îmi spun ca totul este ok😊

if you don't pay it works just the same if you pay. absolutely 0 wifi coverage and speed. if i want to download anything bigger than 5gb i have to let it download overnight. idk why would anyone consider telekom unless its the very last option. digi is 1000 times better and digi is absolutely trash so that says a lot

horrible company, every month they add charges to the invoice and if you notice they will remove them. stay away from these thieves

Horrible company, would rip the skin off you, charged me for going abroad although over the phone they said they won't.

We have to pay 48 ron just to get 11 Mbps download at max and 0.70 Mbps upload in good times. Digi has so much better offers but they're not available in my area. I hate this whole country. Also their customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

The most unstable network where in 6 months I could use mobile data for the price of 2 hours. Totally disorganized and eternally they don't have a concrete answer even though I made many notifications

Foarte nemultumit , sunt client de ani buni iar acum am avut o problema de retea ( router) am sunat si m-au tot transferat de la technic la comercial si tot asa, am cerut sa vina un technic sa controleze deoarece internetul are viteza mica iar canalele in HD se blocheaza , au spus ca doar contra cost 150 ron poate veni techicul sa controleze si eventual sa schimbe routerul,in cele din urma am cerut rezilierea contractului dupa m-a sunat o domnisoara si mi-a propus de la 118 ron pe luna cat plateam abonament redus la 58 ron luna plus un router nou si zicea ceva si de GB in plus …NICI NU MAI VREAU SA AUD DE EI AM REZILIAT ….azi 29.06.2023 am vb cu domnisoara si am ramas ca luni 03.07.2023 duc echipamentele inapoi …dar deja mi-au taiat semnalul…..pai de ce platesc abonament pe
Luna? Trebuia sa imi lasati linia functionabila( asa lenta cum era ) pana la sf lunii inca 2 zile si cum am STABILIT la telefon corect? apoi sa imi taiati semnalul..RUSINE

Don't use this service ! I went to a nother country and they didin t active the rooming but they still charged me 150 euros for nothing ! Scammers ! use Orange or something else form Romania ! Not even talking about the incompetent staff who Europe is the only place they know ! They lie and lie , even if u try to recharge ur sim let s say with 5 euros from there site , it s says it s for the Option N5 but they actualy only give u the Credit wich will be consumed by internet data almost in a second ! Scammers !

Man, I've seen all reviews. Not one is in good terms and they are all right. There is no zero star, but even that would be a compliment. I wonder how the telecommunication regulator allow them to still work?
Their customer service is a catastrophe , but granted, their signal in country area where I am is somehow ok although strange : download is 22 Mbs and upload is 44 Mbs ? Anyone knows how come?
If the signal is maintain in those limits and the contract is fulfilled I will continue paying my bill, other way I will stop paying. Lucky, I did not make an automatic money transfer, nor gave them my card details, nor do I have a telephone number with them. Just mobile internet. Let them take me to court!
Shame on you Telekom. Can't wait for the contract to finish. It took me 3 days just to pay my first bill

A telephone company without professionalism and without a little honesty. A bunch of thieves who only take care to deceive and take your money

Scammers, deceptive offers! I ported 2 numbers with a 24-month contract, they promised 2 x 50 Euro equipment benefits and canceled the 100 Euro received as a gift in my account when I requested 2 video cameras; I contacted them several times and their operators ripped me off. I filed complaints with ANPC, ANCOM, etc and I am waiting for a solution. At certain time intervals, they unilaterally introduce "service" costs into the invoice that are not included in the contract and without the client's consent! You lose money and precious time with notifications, explanations that often have no answer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have R12 option and mobile data work on 2G in city in RO like 20 years ago ,is unacceptable in this days.I will go with other operator quickly.

They have worst support. I have mailed with them 3 days, to give me acces in app, and they don't, I don't remember my password and the address, I asked just reset. And they insist that I have account on domain trk.ro. This domain doesn't exist. They give wrong information, like we don't know nothing about tehnology. After 3 days, I can't acces the app, with my number, I just want to see my bio, which is extra charge, I mention that I can't call their support, because nobody answer, and I am in roaming.
I didn't recommend this company, bad support, bed services, expensive service, also bad signal.

sunt foarte dezamagit de serviciile telekom,semnal prost la internet,semnal prost in apelurile telefonice,se inchid apelurile din senin din lipsa semnalului,pierd dintr-o data semnalul in mijlocul orasului

I moved my number because their “4G” internet had a deplorable speed and coverage.Competitor’s 3G was faster.Same for covorege, everyone had better one than them.

1 month after the move I received an inflated invoice of 480 lei. I made a written complaint in a physical store.

After about 4-5 days I had not received an answer so I contacted them directly on their website. They told me there that they did not identify any complaints for my account/client code.So the person in the store probablly wiped their *ss with my complaint.

They also told me that the absurd amount on the invoice is “their compensation” because I terminated the contract before the deadline.

The contract only says that they can “unilaterally modify the contract”. That means, they have the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want and not to be held accountable.

I also had a contract with a phone from them.the Internet is just as awful and after 3 months, the phone started to turn off for no reason and it was slow.I wanted to send it to warranty and they told me it would take 3 WEEKS, So I gave up on the idea. Now I have 500 lei (100$) whole in my wallet and a “new” phone that behaves like I got it 2nd hand from a random e-bay seller.Stay away from them.

Mi-am mutat numarul fiindca internetul lor “4G” avea o viteza si acoperire deplorabila.Mai rapid este 3G-ul de la Digi, iar de acoperire nu mai vorbesc.

La 1 luna dupa mutare am primit o factura umflata de 480 lei.Am facut o reclamatie scrisa aici in magazin.

Dupa vreo 4-5 zile inca nu primisem raspuns asa ca am contactat direct pe siteul lor .Mi-au spus acolo ca nu au identificat nici o reclamatie pt codul meu de client.

Mi-au mai zis ca suma aia absurda e “despagubire” pentru ca am incetat contractul inainte de termen.

In contract scrie doar ca ei pot “modifica unilateral contractul” .Adica au dreptul sa faca ce vor si sa nu raspunda .Niste hoti, dar cu acte.

Am luat di un abonament cu telefon de la ei.Internetul la fel de ingrozitor iar dupa 3 luni, telefonul a inceput sa se stinga fara motiv si sa mearga greu.Am vrut sa il trimit in garantie si mi-au zis ca va dura 3 SAPTAMANI, asa ca am renuntat.Acum am baguba de 500 lei si un telefon “nou” pe care zici ca l-am luat la mana a2a de pe OLX. Stati departe .

Their roaming its a joke, not working on most of the countries... their support its the same.the app its 90% of the time unavailable, probably didnt payed the banans to the coding team...please guys go to other mobile opperators...dont get fked by this telekom morons because they dont give a flying duck about you..1 star its too much...i would give them -100. Also evryone that had been fked by them, please send a OPC inquiry...we have to get rid of the scammers from the market
