If you care about the environment, buy local. Textiles made in Portugal and shipped using greenhouse gasses to the USA aren’t the win you think they are, even if it’s $300 for a bathrobe.

I bought a 130€ towel with 15€ of shipping cost that I didn’t like. I wanted to return it and it’s 18€ of shipping cost ! I lost 33€ for purchasing a « high end » product online in 2023… it’s uncompetitive and the customer service is useless. You are a doomed company.. don’t bother buying from Tekla Fabrics.

Tekla Fabrics has left me thoroughly disappointed with their low-quality products and insulting customer service. The lackluster quality of their pyjama pants and the dismissive response from their customer care team have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
After just a short six months of owning their pyjama pants, I noticed multiple tears along the seams. Seeking assistance from Tekla Fabrics' customer care, I received an unhelpful and insulting response. Rather than acknowledging the product's faults, they offered a meager discount, which only served to trivialize my concerns. Customer care highlighted that this is normal wear and tear and offered 15 % discount of the next order. Unbeliavable!
The poor quality of their products is evident, and it is unacceptable for seams to tear so easily within such a short timeframe. The dismissive attitude from their customer care team further aggravated the situation, showing a lack of respect and empathy towards their customers.
Considering the premium price I paid for these pyjama pants, the disappointment is magnified. Tekla Fabrics' products are overpriced and fail to meet even basic expectations of durability and longevity.
I strongly caution potential customers against choosing Tekla Fabrics. Their poor quality products and insulting customer service do not align with the values of transparency and customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and seek out alternative brands that prioritize both product quality and attentive customer care.

Ordered a few items and some of them came with a weird white substance that smelled horribly, customer service was not able to do anything!! Best solution was a 10% discount which they already offer in their website. They put their company before clients health

This is the absolute worst quality percale bedding I ever bought. Claiming to be percale - but it is incredibly scratchy and feels nothing like percale. I have two other sets of percale bedding (one from H&M and one from crisp sheets) and both are significantly better quality than this. It was nicely packaged but that doesn’t help if sheets feel like sandpaper on my skin.. very very disappointed.

I bought for 200£+ a bathrobe and a towel. I followed religiously the instructions and soaked the products for 24h before us. A dust started coming of both the bathrobe and the towel after the first use. This means that I have to clean my face with a cotton pad and more importantly my breast as I am breastfeeding a 3 months baby. I contacted the customer service and they sent me an email saying it’s a known issue but I can’t get a refund but they will send me another product. I don’t want another product, I want my money back. It’s so crazy that for defective items companies still can get away with it. They hold my money hostage and they make it my problem. I am so scared of this cotton dust that collect in a significant amount everywhere be harmful to my baby if I miss a piece on my breast. Such a disappointment!
Update from 29 Mars 2023: The customer service agreed to refund me.

Very very poor quality sleepwear. I purchased several sleepwear pyjamas (pants); 10 to be precise. On 6 of them the stitching/seams opened up only after a few wears. The quality of the fabric is good, but the stitching is pathetic. For this price you should expect a reasonable quality, if not a good quality. I will never buy this brand again nor recommend it.

Super god kunde service!
Jeg kom med en anvendelse til Tekla, da jeg havde nogen problemer med noget tøj der var gået i stykker. De har igennem hele processen været super hjælpsomme og hurtige. Jeg har virkelig fået god hjælp og jeg kan klart anbefale at købe fra dem:)
Super god kundeservice, fik svar inden for 40 minutter og inden for en time havde vi løst problemet.

Jeg bestilte et par bukser, som jeg har være utrolig glad for, men jeg opdagede desværre at der var kommet et hul i. Efter at have sendt en mail med et billede af hullet, fik jeg sendt et nyt par bukser som ankom dagen efter:))

Absolutely adore the colors of their bed sheets! They're soft and comfortable, but not the best fitting ones I've had for my duvets. Also I'd say they're slightly overpriced.
Customer service is a bit flaky. I bought 2 bathrobes which totaled 330 euros. For this price, I expected top-nodge, high quality products. One of them came with defects. I contacted customer service and in the beginning, they seem very friendly and responsive, but it all went down from there.
They asked me to fill out this form where I had to pay for shipping first and then they would reimburse me (suspicious sign). The site didn't work and I had lots of back and forth emails with their customer service. I asked for replacement for a different of lower value (about 30 euros). They told me they would send me the refund afterwards.
I received the replacement but now the customer agent told me the refund was no longer possible because they deducted it from the shipping costs. I'm really really confused. They told me they would cover shipping costs (they did) but then, they "charged" you anyway by not giving you the refund.
The quality of the products is okay but might come with defects. Customer service tries to be helpful, but it shows they are not a very mature company (broken returns user experience, they charge you when they said it's free).
