The bedding is soft and high-quality, and the towels absorb moisture very well and are very pleasant to use. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with the new organic cotton towel. It's fluffy, super soft and absorbs well. All my bedding is from bedroommood for the last 5/6 years and it's nice that the company adds new home products so I can buy everything, good quality in one place. Packed safely and nice and the shipping is fast as always. And one more thing somehow all the colors, even from different collections match super well.

These products are amazing, they totally transform the daily comfort by uplifting it! I already have two sets of bed linen and started to collect bathroom towel sets. The quality of the material is very high, the feeling on the skin is luxurious! These small details helps with loosening after a fast pace day. Highly recomended for personal usage or as an amazing gift!

Amazing quality products, I’m buying not for the first time, both for myself and as presents. I’m still using towels I bought 4-5 years ago and they are still better than other brands that I have.

There were a few issues with my orders at first, but the team reached out to me and sorted everything out really professionally. I really appreciate the effort they put into making things right. The products are great quality, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

I made an order of bedding and towels set from Bedroommood and everything was perfect for me. I read some comments prior placing my order and got a little bit unsure, but I really wanted their towels as my friend has them and they are absolutely amazing amazing quality so I just went with it.
Since i made the order, everything was realy smooth as i had to change the colour of my bedding after order was placed, customer service was very helpful, answered all my questions, and they changed the colour without any problems. Very nice communication and friendly service. To my surprise i received my order within a week of ordering. The quality of bedding and towels are absolutely superb 👌 and if you looking for that wow factor, I definitely recommend it.
Whatever issues they might had before it's definitely been sorted as i couldn't fault them for they service, communication and speedy delivery.
Will definitely return for more.

Customer service problem, which we encountered during the Christmas holiday season, was resolved professionally. We received an apology gift which was a very nice gesture from the company. The production pleases with its quality.

I love their products, nothing bad to say about that. Customer service however, awful. I've placed 2 orders with them for delivery to the UK and they couldn't deliver either. Ended up asking relatives to pick the orders up locally. Regardless of what the actually issues were, the company really needs to do better in terms of customer service. Either stop using certain couriers, improve how you deal with shipments abroad or stop shipping abroad. Really disappointing.

Ordered over €300 of products a month ago, asked customer service where my order is.--> They just set my order on "done", without shipping, without providing a tracking number or a reply.

At the beginning, my experience was very poor – long delivery time, no tracking number, the wrong item size, and a free shipping code that did not work.

After my review, the company responded, acknowledged the mistakes, and fully resolved the situation. They sent the correct item via express delivery and additionally sent two pillowcases as a gesture of apology.

The start was frustrating, but I must acknowledge that in the end they acted fairly and professionally. The product itself is beautiful and very pleasant to use.

Prekė kokybiška, tačiau buvo įpakuota į plastiką, kai savo puslapyje skelbiasi kad plastiko nenaudoja ir yra tvarus verslas.

They sent me the wrong order and it was very difficult to resolve.

The bedsheets are awesome, but the time to recieve the order was almost a month, although they said it would arrive sooner. BUT the quality is worth the wait.

I'm super impressed with the quality of the bedding and also with the customer service. Even though the bedding is on the pricier side, it feels premium and the colors are beautiful. I'll definitely order more!

The customer service is also top-notch. They helped me get my order even when I entered my phone number incorrectly, all during the busiest shopping season of the year.
