I visited the surgery on two occasions.The surgery is located in a former bungalow so it sets the tone of being a warm friendly and relaxed environment. I have to say all the staff I dealt with were exceptional in terms of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. They had time for you and explained everything thoroughly point by point. I was welcome to ask anything I wanted and was provided with clear and direct answers. Perfect. It all made a big difference. A proper, professional service. 10/10 — Highly recommend which is not something I would usually do.

Dr Howell gave a clear interpretation of the MRI scan I had had and I came away knowing the results and what I could do next, putting my mind at ease.

Had to get a medical for signed off by doctor Beth Howells and the staff were amazing.

Very welcoming, helpful, caring, supporting, professional staff. A lovely calm atmosphere that makes you relax, you know they will take good care of you.

I used Teifihealth for my holiday vaccinations. The whole process was very comprehensive and the nurse i saw was lovely, as well as being very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Very easy to make an appointment, very helpful and pleasant staff, made to feel very comfortable and every question I asked of anybody was answered in full and respectfully with no feeling of time constraints. I had the Gold Medical, I was a little anxious for the results but all staff made me feel very much at ease and Dr Burtenshaw went through the results very clearly and fully with no rush and happily answered all my questions including some that were not to do with my medical, such an excellent service, will definitely use them again,.

Super easy booking system and I got the appointment I required without any delay. All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. It doesn’t feel like a medical facility - bright, clean, comfortable and without the medial smell . But most importantly the treatment I received was first class. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise.
