When rang ,Receptionist very helpful, cheerfull ,no waiting to be answered, a choice of appointments given . On arrival greeted by the Receptionist, was asked to sit on a lovely comfortable settee , and then was greeted by the Health care nurse , she was lovely ,did her work perfectly in the treatment room , was chatty ,easy to talk to , had a relaxing time and went away Happy after visit to Teifi Health. I have and will again recommend Teifi Health to my friends etc for their quick service , peace of mind the staff gives and choice of services.

First time seeing Dr Nick Burtenshaw. He was fantastic. Really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Both my wife and I were very relieved to have seen him quickly and his help today will hopefully alleviate our concerns about my health and point us in the right direction.

Very negative experience. I went private because I chose to, hoping for a positive response to an health issue. Was very disappointed that after 20 or 30 minutes video with the doctor, I was left with the ongoing problem and no adequate solution. Having worked for years in Brussels for an international organisation I never had a problem in obtaining a prescription for this low dose medication which I have been taking for years. I am now left to face sleep depravation for lack of a prescription which the doctor could have easily given me. No compassion, no interest in solving the issue.

Great service. About half an hour from arriving to leaving after cryotherapy treatment for a wart. Very quick and efficient service. It took less than 2 weeks for everything to heal. Much appreciated.
