Great easy to use site , good product choice overall more than happy

I had a quality control issue with my tshirt, the printing was faulty. I contacted customer service & they took a couple of days longer to get back to me than the 2 days they quoted. Once they got in touch they were excellent - very helpful and sent out a replacement within a day. Would recommend their service levels.

I have ordered from Teemill several times and they were always quick and helpful.

I made an error with my postage selection. The team were very supportive and advised on my options.

They say a company is only as good as the service they offer when something goes wrong.
Fortunately all we have had go wrong was down to the delivery (out of their hands) but the speed in which this was rectified was great.
So, as far as service goes...not bad, not bad at all.

I bought a Shark Trust jumper for my friends child’s birthday it was a bit small so I done an exchange. Communication was excellent and the exchange was quick I’m really happy with the quality of the jumper to I would buy from here and highly recommend the company

My order never arrived. I didn't want to say anything because it was only a few stickers from the Sea Shepard that cost about £10. However, I randomly mentioned it after receiving a follow up e-mail. The guys could not have been more helpful, and my stickers arrived a week later. Super service!!!

Google made a mistake of auto-filling in an old postcode. Despite Royal Mail saying they had delivered it to a local post office - in error - Teemill not only re-processed my order without grumble but also added a small extra gift. That's phenomenal customer service.
