Ugliest piece of clothing I have ever gotten. Fits nothing like the photo and quality is terrible. I would never recommend buying clothes from here. VERY disappointed with my purchase. Plus it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

Ordered clothes from them on three separate occasions during the beginning hours of their sales. EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THEY OVERSOLD AND CANCELED MY ORDER. Oh and each time they offer me a $10 coupon as though thats remotely equivalent to the $100+ in sales I just lost out on.

After three times, youre clearly overselling on purpose a**holes. Thanks for ruining my wife's holidays by canceling exactly what she asked for me to get her. Will never pay for anything from this company again, will 1 star review them on every site, and will tell people never to purchase from them ever. Never in my life has a company screwed me over three times in a row and not given two f*cks at all like this

After waiting weeks for a small order to arrive I was informed the order never actually existed to begin with and they had over-sold clothes they didnt actually have. This was right before the holidays so by the time the slow customer service informed me they were cancelling my order it was already too late as everything else was out of stock. It was too close to the holidays to arrive before christmas anyways given their apparent several week shipping times. Its over priced to begin with, the "sales" are scams, they have insanely long shipping times, they have virtually zero customer service and theres no point in ordering because you might have your order refunded weeks later only to find everything sold out. Just an all around bad company that I cant suggest anyone try, whether I support their ethics or not, given the long list of massive failures and flaws making them almost non-functional. It doesnt make any sense for them to suffer from the problems they do given their size and price points.

I ordered the teddy fresh x peanuts collab sweater. I was then shocked to see that my order to California was heading to Amsterdam! They had shipped my order to a completely random address outside of the USA and because the sweater is out of stock, they are only offering me a refund. Honestly a terrible first impression and I doubt I'll be buying from them again. 2 stars only because they responded quickly and did immediately offer the refund.

I have ordered multiple things from Teddy Fresh. Absolutely loved the things I’ve order. Amazing quality and adorable. They are quality items and you definitely get want you pay for. Super some things seem a little overpriced, but they aren’t fast fashion. They design and craft these items for durability as well as aesthetic and it’s obvious when you compare the wear and tear on items from Teddy Fresh with similar items from others places. My teddy fresh hoodie is several years old and the only real wear on it is some stain I can’t get out, while a similarly priced hoodie from a reputable brand had the seams in the armpit unravel and hoodie pocket has started to come off. Both are about the same age and got about the same usage.

your clothes are so thin and lengthy. only slender man could wear this. i bought a large and its like a straw.

I’ve placed two previous orders with Teddy Fresh. My first order was a T-shirt which came with a hole, I was given a $10 coupon for my next purchase. My second purchase was another T-shirt, I was impressed with the quality although there were some undone stitchings (no biggie).
I received my third order today of 3 items today & to my surprise I was charged $65 for customs on top of the shipping I already paid for… I was not expecting this as I’ve literally never been charged customs for a package from the US… Unless you’re buying one fairly priced item & you’re okay with paying for shipping, it unfortunately just isn’t worth buying if you’re Canadian:(
If I knew I had to pay $65 customs on top of shipping I would’ve absolutely never placed my order. This will sadly be my last purchase with Teddy Fresh until shipping to Canada becomes more affordable:(

I've ordered at least 5 times, and it never disappoints. being from Europe the delivery time does take a while, but it's worth the wait.

I love what this company stands for. The 2 shirts I bought were better than advertised and I could tell I bought something that will last a long time. The small details go along way to me as a consumer because it feels like they really care about what they do. Thank you Teddy Fresh!!!

Love the item I got, first time purchaser after years of wanting to own TF! The only thing keeping ot from 5 stars is the shipping. I live in Australia and the only shipping option costs 30 dollars in my currency which is higher than what I am paid per hour. It also took 21 days to get to me which is fine but for the price of shipping I would expect it sooner. Happy I did it once but this what will stop me from being a frequent customer.

Great company, the clothes are well made. I have a sensory disorder & struggle to find fabric I can use, but these hoodies are awesome. Thank y’all for being the best!!

The clothes quality is amazing! Love the price and the quality is worth every penny, I'm canadian and it always comes in withing a week, and the shipping isn't that expensive. They give you so many amazing options for designs and also sizes!

Poorly made Ali Baba quality at absurdly high prices. No thanks.

Very bad sizing. I usually buy an XL for a baggier fit and I bought a 3XL and it fits like a large. Also the quality is very bad and thin just not worth the money I paid to ship to the UK.
