Unfortunately in Australia, Teddy Fresh can be very pricy.
I've bought two hoodies, a sweater and a pair of socks.
The color block hoodie was extremely high quality, a thick and soft material with a fluffy lining on the inside for extra warmth.
It's very well made and I couldn't spot any issues, not even a loose thread. The hoodie I purchased was very large as I'm not familiar with American sizing. However, the support team was fantastic and responded quickly. Even though it was sold out, they sent me one to exchange and I only paid the shipping.
Every month, they release new designs but unfortunately most of them don't get restocked after they're sold out. A lot of the designs are very seasonal so you have to purchase them quickly.
For those weary about spending so much money on clothing, I highly recommend their classics collection. The price is cheaper than other items, but you still get the fantastic quality. It's clear that the TF team are dedicated to their customers, something that a lot of companies don't do. I appreciate that they do collaborations with small artists as well.
Overall, the price is worth the quality.

Love what TF stands for, love the clothes and the quality. Its expensive but I understand you have to pay for quality.

My only complaint is that they use the worst parcel courier. They use something called "Parcll" which is incredibly slow and sucks with tracking updates. Why not use a known carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS? I understand wanting to cut cost, but for the price of the items, I would appreciate getting my package in a timely manner AND to be handled by a trusted courier. Also which I could give them my feedback directly, but they don't have a reviews option.

Stunning clothes, ordered from them eleven times. Great website and great communication updates via emails.

I am in the UK but the clothes are well worth the delivery wait.

I love all the great clothes colours and designs, I am 6.4f tall and the clothes sizes are great for my size.

I watch the H3H3 podcast so I know when new clothes designs are releasing. Got to order fast though as they sell out very quickly!

Website is easy to navigate. Ordering process is simple. Did not have to interact with customer service as I had no problems with my order. Some items are pricey, but the quality is amazing. And don't forget about the last chance section which has great reduced price items. So far I've made two separate orders. First order took 12 days to receive. And surprisingly the second took under a week. For reference; I'm in Alabama.

As much as I love TF.. I just don’t think buying the hoodies or jackets are worth it for me. The sizes are so weird , when you buy a large they are short but then the arms are sooo long and the front and back has so much room an extra fabric. I don’t have a problem with shirts or tanks but in general weird sizing. Also expensive and then when you need to return, they still charge you to print label and send back.. so tky don’t get all your money back.. come on Teddy fresh..

I couldn’t be happier with my Venom hoodie. We are middle class and the price point is of course higher than target, etc…. But the quality is soooo worth it. I’ve loved every piece of clothing I have gotten. Could not recommend more. Also, it doesn’t get destroyed or shrink up to nothing in the washer/dryer. I’m so happy with this brand

Package was initially delivered to wrong address (FedEx's fault). TF overnighted a replacement in time for my birthday. Very kind team. I also like their clothes.

Great quality product every time. They lack a little in fulfillment and customer service because they are a relatively small business, but as they expand that will hopefully improve.

I live within the US but my orders never take more than two or three days to arrive after they've shipped. I'm always highly impressed with the quality of the clothing and the fit is almost always as expected. I've been a loyal shopper for years now so I've bought at least one item from every category.

I just got my most recent order today. I bought four items: the classic unisex crewneck (XL), the terry cloth hat, and the women's tank top in "Grandma's Floral" and black (XXL). Everything was of the highest quality and fit perfectly! With their Last Chance sale I got everything for $150, so shipping was free. Within the past year they've made some changes that I really appreciate, including lowering the price to qualify for free shipping from $200 to $150. And I love that they added the Classics collection, eventually I'll have one of everything in every color. I love their monthly collections but my personal style is more on the understated side.

I was excited that Looney Tunes line was on sale so I got one of the hoodies. I was so disappointed in the material. It was hard, not soft. I washed it and it didn't soften up. For the price, I was expecting more.

I purchased from Teddy Fresh for the 1st time in November at the same time as another LA based brand. Teddy fresh arrived within days whereas the other took weeks. The order was exactly as expected, and when I had an issue with a button, the customer service was faultless. They assisted in any way they could and I'm totally satisfied with the outcome. Just received my order from Teddy fresh womens X ‘Peanuts Crewneck Sweater’ collection here in Sydney Australia (I took advantage of the Black Friday sale) and I am in loveeeeeee with it. Thankyou so much for a top quality garment. I will say I’m glad I got it x4 my usual clothing size and ordered it for an oversized sweater. Totally love and proud to rock TeddyFresh here in Sydney Australia. I was a little worried about how long it would take to arrive since I order it from Australia but I placed the order on the 12th November and it arrived today 2nd December so I’m also very impressed from an international shipping experience. Will definitely purchase from TeddyFresh again in the future.
