he chair didn’t fit my wife and I…

he chair didn’t fit my wife and I didn’t throw the box away someone in my house did. so they said I could use my own no option to have a box sent to me and a flat rate option, would have cost me 113 bucks to ship the chair back etc. not worth it in my opinion chair is flimsy and also not super comfortable. Disappointed cuz this is a USA made product but again lacks in customer service making me pay to send the chair back.

When you informed us that the original box was no longer available, we made an exception and approved the return using your own packaging. We also offered to send a replacement box, but this option was declined due to the associated cost.
Regarding return shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as outlined in our policy. The $113 figure mentioned does not reflect our typical shipping rates, as these chairs generally ship nationwide for approximately $40. Unfortunately, we do not control carrier pricing once a return shipment is arranged by the customer. We understand that comfort is subjective, and we respect your opinion regarding the chair’s feel and fit. Bad work and worse customer service

Bad work and worse customer service. The products are okay, but not good enough for what they are charging. Customer service agents are lazy, rude, unwilling to help. Additionally, they go out of their way to hide reviews. Just go on their website to any product page and try to find their reviews outside of three five star ones on any page. That's pretty telling.

The worst Quality Junk chair I Regret buying my chair less then 6 months broken replacement part online sold out customer care was a joke Ai Response base broke we attempted 3 times calling
Each time they wouldn't make it right even with original box order number ect and then admitting it's under warranty
Chair is also uncomfortable
Soaks up dye from hoodies or dark clothing on white part it's loud
Creaky and Terrible Quality They'll pretend your issue isn't common when it's obvious it is
they want photos so they can blame you and deni the claim on thier bunk products
Don't even bother trying to go thru thier motions
They won't make it right unless your just lucky or a paid content creator they use for fake reviews
not worth the $400 or the hassle
Even trying to replace anything Trust me when I say do you research reviews are fake paid
Shady Shady company Wish quality products with a high price Tag
Type a simple Techni Company customer service Reviews it speaks volumes .... Take out the might be a positive experience and just know the product your getting is complete junk and all the negatives arent a maybe they are facts edit they can reply all they want OVER A YEAR Later Still Blaming Me ......Speaks Volumes Lol the chair was put together fine my husband isn't an idiot .....This reply from them still didn't change the quality ....yes the parts are for sale if you can get them in stock but no freaking way after spending what was spent also they claim thier workers aren't ai .....well I don't buy that for one second ....my review stands true and it 100 facts the staff was rude and it just seemed like ai I couldn't get anywhere not only crappy products but they make comments trying to justify their issues hidden behind sites like this ....the chair was taken to the dump less than 7 months in I wouldn't give ten more cents to this company my new Cheaper S Racer Chair is way better for half the price so Ai or not policy blah blah blah the product is still crap and waste a period......I did not buy my chair to have parts offen out of stock to be in pain to and to have them blame me over and over just as in the response they aren't blind or dumb they know their products are junk .....as I said the 400 dollar chair went to the dump ....where it should have gone per the quality and hassle I'm not a Karen my review is honest and I was not looking for handouts or free items nor was I at the time of this review ......the so called not ai staff can say it's me all they want I followed the instructions and hoops the base was busted out on the bottom from being poor quality among other issues as stated with comfortability ECT .......Sketch company period ..........they cant change that by trying to cover up facts .....Yes the product is cute ....but cute doesn't matter when it's junk

Replacement parts are provided free of charge under warranty, and we also sell parts on our website for customers whose chairs are outside the warranty period, which is a service few companies offer.
Many of the issues mentioned, such as squeaky noises or discomfort, are often caused by improper assembly or loose screws, and can usually be corrected quickly. We always ask for photos in order to assist customers accurately and efficiently, never to place blame.

I unfortunately fell victim to all of…

I unfortunately fell victim to all of the positive reviews I saw on their website and even on other sites. I got the cow print chair, and literally my feet cannot touch the floor in it when it's all the way down. I'm 5'6 with long legs so I've never had this issue before. It's clearly marketed towards women so I'm not sure why it wouldn't fit a slightly taller than average woman. The padding is also so dense and uncomfortable, definitely not a high quality memory foam or anything. It has given me lots of back pain, granted I am using it on days I work from home and also when I game, which is a lot to ask from any chair. Do yourself a solid and just buy a more expensive chair from a reputable company. Buy once cry once.

Regarding the Cow Chair, the adjustable height is clearly listed in the product specs. For someone 5'6", it should allow feet to reach the floor; if an incorrect cylinder was included, our customer support would have exchanged it at no cost.
As for comfort, we use standard memory foam that hundreds of customers have found supportive for long periods of sitting. We understand comfort is subjective and encourage anyone with concerns to contact our team—we’re always happy to help.

EDIT: what a joke . A response 4 years later. This is the type of customer service you can expect . Like I said before you did NOTHING to help . Therefore all these excuses are nothing more than that EXCUSES. Maybe going forward you will do better . My review is unchanged and your lack of accountability is astounding lol.

This is not a trustworthy company nor is customer service a top priority . I purchased a chair around Dec 2020 and within a few months noticed the seat was rocking/flopping back as if not attached to the base or anything .There was absolutely no support of any kind. It was being used by my very slim 11 year old for gaming and wasn’t even able to withstand light use . It had become unattached from the base altogether and I was able to attach it with some new screws. Within a few months later I noticed cracking in the seat that I knew would continue to spread . All in a chair that cost me $300+ on Overstock . Because my daughter neglected to tell me I didn’t notice how bad it was getting until about 3-4 months after the 2 year warranty had expired . Also taking into account that this was during Covid and you would think they would take that into consideration . It wouldn’t have mattered because I suspect they wouldn’t have done anything to fix it . There were suspiciously no reviews on the web when I’d purchased but now I have found 2-3 with other people complaining of quality issues with Technisport chairs . I wrote the company but they refused to help me after I sent them proof of purchase and the pictures they’d requested . They were rather flippant. Their customer service is a joke for what is an expensive chair and I will never purchase another Technisport chair and will be warning others of the lack of customer service they provide since I wish I’d been able to find the unfavorable reviews before purchasing . I suspect they hide unfavorable reviews .Shabby quality on overpriced chairs that fall apart within a few short months of purchase . Very disappointed . They are so busy giving free merchandise to steamers for advertisement that they are not providing basic customer service to their PAYING customers.
