Bought an NVR with POE cameras.
After 2 years the Video outputs (both ports stop to work). I've contacted the assistance that told me the product was out of warranty and to buy a new one. (No spare parts to sell, also if the issue was just the power supply power converter).
So I bought a new NVR.
After 1 month the new NVR stop to record on the Hard Disk. Contacted the after sales service that other than asking for product information, pictures and video did not propose any solution.
I'm asking for a refund, but do not advice to buy from this brand

One year after the purchase of 4K cameras and NVR - 2 cameras with malfunctioning IR LEDs. Just few months later - all IR lights on all 4 cameras are gone and no night vision. All of cameras were used with Smart (default) settings which means, the lights were most of the time off. Contacted techage.com about warranty and gave then even serial numbers - no answer.

after 6 years I replaced my old analog Hikvision camera system with a Techage camera system
the image is of very high quality, beautifully sharp and saturated colors
it has many options for system settings
the cameras have both a microphone and a speaker, so they support two-way voice communication, and they also have an LED for night illumination

I am extremely satisfied with the Techage camera system and can only recommend it

Recensione precedente. Dopo avermi chiesto un infinita' di dati sui prodotti acquistati, dati inviati con estrema precisione e con molta perdita di tempo, nessun risultato. Assistenza assolutamente inesistente ( su prodotti di scarsa qualita'). Ma la cosa piu grave e' che poi ti prendono anche per il..........

We had a bit of compatibility issues, but the tech support via whatsupp was very helpful and attentive. I recommend they are the best and so are the cameras. the picture is excellent. The cameras work without any problems. They switch between each other when the non-tracking camera takes someone down.
