The feedback was patchy, never knew were we where in the process, never knew when it was coming to an end and we would get our battery back. The postage system used is pretty poor, the battery was delivered to our local shop, the carrier never tried to deliver it to us, We only knew because again we had to send an email to ask where our battery was. More feedback required.

John was so understanding of a senior citizen. Averything explained in layman’s terms.

Very responsive - answers queries immediately and did a great job - so nice to have my battery working so well again (better than before it went wrong actually)

The battery on my wife’s Pendleton e-bike was not charging. I could not find a replacement as the bike was pre-2018.
The whole process with Tech-Nic was very straightforward. Having posted the battery to them I was contacted promptly and given a very fair estimate for repair. ( John even telephoned on Bank Holiday Monday to advise me exactly what was required and the total cost, including return postage).
Very pleased with the service I received and I can highly recommend others to use Tech-Nic.

Great service and a very first class job repairing my ebike battery. The bike is now working and I am very happy. No doubt I will recommend Tech-Nic to anyone who is looking to have their ebke battery repaired.

The only thing I would suggest that they Lusse more regarding when it was ready and when it left their premises apart from that good service

Recommended by our local bike shop over 100 miles from tech-nic. Really good comms and repair was half the price of a new battery. Very good service. Give them a try if u have a battery issue.
