My bike battery was dead....I saw the…
My bike battery was dead....I saw the company details on ebay. I called them up, the chap explained how the process was and the possible price range. I sent off the battery then after investigating, they gave a price considerably below the maximum they had originally said it could be. Got the battery back and it works. Perfect experience and stress free.

Great service.
I had 2 electric motorbike batteries that would no longer charge.
I sent both to TECH-NIC.
One was unsalvagable, but they managed to get the other one charged.
I couldn't find anywhere to buy a replacement, so the bike would have been for the scrap pile otherwise.

Battery for my bike wouldn’t charge…
Battery for my bike wouldn’t charge sent to Tech-Nic and got a call a few days later the charging socket was not working correctly. The battery was slightly out of balance. Would I like it sorted. Other than that it was fine. I had the same battery 10 years got work done and sent back in a day or two. Put in my bike it is like new goes as good as the day I brought the bike.
Can’t fault the service five stars.

Hugely over priced serviced
Hugely over price serviced, £143 for just a new charger it's a huge overcharge in my opinion. I have already paid £35 for the checking the batery. So altogether £ 178 New charger would cost £20. And the missing screws were not replaced.

Hi Ewelina, Disappointing you felt the need to leave a 1-star, additional work needed to be carried out on your batteries circuitry not just a charger which we explained ahead of time after diagnostics and gave the option if you wanted to go ahead which you did. Additionally the battery arrived without any screws holding it together which we tried our best to source but due to it being such a rare model we had to find an alternative way to keep the case on, which we did without additional cost.
